Education is the foundation of the country.Since the country has implemented the development strategy of a strong country in education,secondary vocational education has been greatly valued and supported by the country.Teachers in secondary vocational schools are also receiving much attention.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again emphasized the concept of vocational education including "integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation" and the "Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational School Teachers(Trial)" and other documents to provide guidance for the professionalization of teachers' teaching in secondary vocational schools.However,vocational education,as the main driving force for the delivery of production,service,management,and other front-line laborers and applied-type comprehensive talents to the market,still has problems such as the uncoordinated educational achievements and the needs of economic and social development,and the inadequacy of the "double-qualified" teaching philosophy.In addition,based on the Party's Nineteenth National Congress report,China has set itself the goal of becoming a strong tourist nation in the world.The tourism industry has ushered in an unprecedented fever,and improving the teaching quality of professional tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools has become a top priority for students to seize opportunities and accept challenges.This research is guided by effective teaching theory,interactive teaching theory,professional standards for teachers in secondary vocational schools,literature research methods,questionnaire surveys,interview survey methods,etc.,through the excellent perspectives of the Chongqing tourism professional teachers and students perspective.This paper investigates and analyzes the behavioral characteristics of teachers' classroom teaching,and discusses classroom teaching's presentation behavior,dialogue behavior,guidance behavior,management behavior,and evaluation behavior.This study is based on the understanding of the psychological needs of students' travel classes andthe professional combination of teacher education and teaching.It also clarifies the proper orientation of classroom teaching behaviors of outstanding professional teachers in vocational schools,including the linking of teaching behaviors and teaching behaviors.Integrate student interests and norms,teaching behavior matching tourism industry needs and so on.On the basis of this,we have proposed strategies to optimize teacher teaching behavior in order to promote favorable conditions for schools to promote teaching quality,teachers to establish positive ideas for optimizing teaching behavior.The improvement of teaching skills and professionalism of the tourism professional teachers will ultimately help professional development and all-round development of secondary vocational students and achieve high levels of employment.
