With the launching of the two children policy,the birth rate of Chinese newborns is also increasing year by year.This means that the early education industry in China will usher in a new round of development.The early education industry started late in China,and many early education industries have been improving and perfecting in practice.At present,there are still some problems in the early education industry in our country,such as the lack of perfect admittance and supervision system in the related departments;some teachers in early education institutions have not had a complete knowledge of early education,and so on.This paper discusses the problems of human resources management in the early education industry.The object of this study is the Zhengzhou Angie kids international development center,which is committed to early childhood education for children aged 0-10.Angie international is in the stage of rapid development,but there are still many problems in the current staff training management system.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current staff training management system in Angie international,to find out the existing problems,to analyze the causes of the problems,to determine the solutions and to establish a set of training management system suitable for Angie international.The specific contents of this paper are as follows: first,it introduces the background and significance of the research,the main problems and contents of the research,the framework and methods of the research,and the theoretical basis of the research.Then it introduces the current situation of staff training management in Angie kids international development center.It includes the basic situation of Angie kids international development center-the organizational structure,staffing and human resource management of the company;the structure of the personnel in Angie international,the gender composition of the staff,the age composition and the constitution of education;the questionnaire survey on the staff training and management of Angie international,and the international staff training of Angie.Analysis of existing problems in training management system and analysis of the causes of problems in Angie international staff training system.Secondly,it introduces the optimization design of staff training management in Angie International Children's development center.Specifically,including the optimization of international staff training management in Angie,and the specific contents of Angie international staff training management optimization.Finally,the implementation guarantee of staff training management optimization of Angie kids international development center is put forward.According to the previous chapter,the specific problems existing in the Angie international staff training management system are studied,and the corresponding measures are put forward for the organization and implementation of the optimization scheme of the staff training system in Angie international,including strengthening the promotion of the optimization scheme,striving for the support of the staff and improving the staff training management guarantee.The conclusion includes some conclusions,prospects and shortcomings.On the whole,the contents of the optimization scheme of the staff training system of Angie kids international development center are systematically summarized.The survey results show that there is still much room for improvement in the current training management system of Angie kids international development center.In view of the existing problems,the author puts forward specific improvement measures,with corresponding implementation guarantee,Angie international training system can be significantly improved.However,it must be put forward that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper is not the only feasible,because the main method used in the survey is that the questionnaire survey method has the unavoidable loopholes,such as the strong subjectivity and so on.Angie international should continue to optimize the training management system in its work practice.
