Study On The Application Of Parent-child Interaction Workshop In Relieving The Working Pressure Of Medical Staff

With the development of economic level and the progress of science and technology,people are eager to get better service when they meet the basic medical needs,and their service requirements and expectations for medical personnel have also increased.In recent years,many doctor-patient disputes and medical accidents have brought great pressure on medical personnel.a series of social and public problems caused by them have affected the development of medical cause and the stability of society.Through consulting relevant literature,the author found that some hospitals rarely organize professional medical staff decompression activities,and the phenomenon of high working pressure of medical staff is a common problem faced by medical staff in various parts of our country.It is not only related to the individual physical and mental health of the medical community,but also related to the social harmony and stability to help the medical personnel relieve the working pressure in a timely and effective manner.In this study,the author used the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the working pressure of medical staff in Shenzhen f hospital.the results showed that medical staff in f hospital had more than moderate pressure.In this regard,the author takes the medical staff in f hospital as the service object,and the main purpose is to help the medical staff relieve the pressure.Through the implementation of parent-child interactive workshop activities,four stress relief techniques are taught to relieve,transfer,adjust and release stress,so that medical personnel can enhance the pressure relief motivation and learn to relieve stress by themselves with the support of parent-child emotional support and the mutual assistance of peer groups.After the activity,the author summarized the activity by means of questionnaires,social workers and supervision and evaluation.the results showed that the activities of the parent-child interactive workshop were rich in content and loved by participants.94 % of the clients expressed satisfaction with the activity and were highly recognized by the employing unit,which effectively helped the medical staff relieve the psychological and physical pressure.The author intervenes in the decompression service of medical personnel from the perspective of parent-child interaction.on the one hand,the emotional support of parents and children at the family level in the theory of social support is used to provide motivation for the decompression of medical personnel;on the other hand,the form of parent-child interaction is used to create a harmonious family atmosphere for the decompression of medical personnel.
