Research On The Traits Of Chinese Children Hockey Skill And Tactics Training

This text uses the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method and logic analysis to our country made tactics characteristics study of children ice hockey players and foreign experts and coaches for interviews,it is concluded that foreign youth hockey training system and the arrangement of ice hockey power by the training characteristics of children's players of China compared with foreign hockey training characteristics,find out the advantages and defects of current training for children's hockey tactics,targeted improvement countermeasures are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:1.private class training are the main characteristics of the tactics that children's hockey players in China,the arrangement of the reasonable control of the private class training and quality,emphasis on private class training for corrective action and thinking and tactics of auxiliary function,avoid excessive small training technique and tactical thinking mechanization of disadvantages,such as can bring our children's hockey movement technology and tactics ability advantage.2.Reasonable use of 1 to 1 private training in the form of small class teaching can effectively improve the quality of children's hockey technical training in our country,the execution of techniques to avoid detail is not correct,the problem of incomplete.The number of small and fine team courses can effectively guarantee the efficiency of our children's hockey tactics training,and the content of tactics training should be shallow and gradual.3.There is a serious tendency of adult hockey training in China.Our children's hockey player early contact with the more complex and difficult tactical training content,strong competition demand make tactical training proportion is too high,technical training time,tactical training content changes too frequently and unordered,tactical training too much emphasis on the method of tactical execution,don't pay attention to the form of tactical awareness.4.The science of children's hockey training in China needs to be improved.There is no reasonable period for the arrangement of technical and tactical training,and the young players are generally trained without rest,physical and mental burden.Every year,young players participate in too many competitions,and coaches and parents care too much about the performance of the game,and often change the training arrangement according to the feedback of competitive performance.5.The training system of children's ice hockey in China is not perfect,and the training program of system and standard is lacking.There is a general lack of requirement for planning in the teaching and training of children's hockey in China,which leads to years of systematic shortage of training,and the status of training effects cannot be tracked and evaluated effectively.
