Research On Role Play Of Community Social Workers Of Dangqun Service Center Under The Background Of Community Governance

Community governance is characterized by the participation of multiple entities and effectively improves the well-being of residents and promotes community development.As a major provider of community services,community social workers follow the people-oriented professional values,actively participate in community governance,deepen the connotation of governance,and improve the governance system.In the process of implementing the concept of community governance,Shenzhen constantly explores a governance structure that conforms to the socialist modernization and proposes to rename the community service center as the Dangqun service center,that is with the principle of resource sharing,to form a comprehensive service model with social workers as the main body,volunteers as the foundation,and community social organizations as carriers.Under the influence of grass-roots party organizations,how social workers play their role in the provision of services is crucial.If their roles are unclear and inaccurately positioned,it will inevitably compromise the effectiveness of the service.This paper takes the social role theory and social system theory as the theoretical basis,understands the operation mode and service form of the Dangqun service center with the background of community governance,and The analysis found that community social workers in the Dangqun service centers have unclear roles,role conflicts,and role distances in their services.In order to solve the problem of how community social workers under the party committee leadership play a part in role play,the author conducted a group activity of “Get close to you and come close to me” during an internship at the M community Dangqun service center in Longgang District,Shenzhen.The team members have a deep understanding of social workers,Dangqun,and community social organizations,and discuss the functions and roles of various stakeholders in community governance,so as to correctly position the role of community social workers.The study found that under the background of innovative community governance and the role of grass-roots party organizations,community social workers should maintain professional characteristics,enhance professional confidence,and achieve role adaptation;rely on party policies to grasp the pulse of the times and strengthen service functions;upgrade service levels,focus on multiple parties cooperation to achieve role transformation and promote community harmony.
