From the sages of Xunzi's "disorderly living hemp medium,don't hand but keep" to Mr.Tu you guang's "pickled cabbage theory",it reveals a truth: the atmosphere of a school,to a great extent,determines the quality of the training of students,running a school is actually to do an atmosphere.For universities,academic atmosphere is more important,and the cultivation of its strong atmosphere has become a basic project related to the quality of personnel training in our universities and even the sustainable development of the whole academic cause.Paper as an important subject in the graduate education quality construction,cutting angle of graduate students and puts forward and defines the six dimensions of university academic atmosphere and analysis framework,including six aspects: academic conditions,academic training,academic exchanges,academic guidance,academic evaluation and academic tradition.Then,the questionnaire and the interview outline were designed.Through the questionnaire survey of 579 graduate students of Y University,the data processing was carried out by using spss21.0,and the importance and satisfaction of six dimensions was analyzed respectively by descriptive,difference and priority action matrix,and the following conclusions were obtained according to the related interviews:Firstly,the problems of academic conditions,the outdated hardware facilities,the low coverage of scholarships.The academic activities of the school are not enough for the academic activities of the postgraduate students.Secondly,the academic training issues,the quality of dissertation writing is generally not high,and there are few opportunities for independent chairing or participating in scientific research.Thirdly,academic exchange,the enthusiasm of the graduate students participating in the Forum,report and lecture of the school are not high,and the interaction is not obvious.The school invited experts to the school lectures on irregular and unstable.Fourth,academic guidance issues,teachers in the teaching content,the academic foresight is not enough.Fifthly,academic evaluation problems,the school is not enough emphasis on the cultivation of the graduate student academic accomplishment,most of graduate students for the school's annual comprehensive assessment and studies examining ways is not satisfied,graduate student own lack of both academic resources make full use of the school.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions on cultivating a strong academic atmosphere in university: first,the level of resources.We should improve the construction of academic resources and strengthen the support of scientific research;Second,the institutional level.Control the "entrance" quality of graduate students,assessment and evaluation focus on research-oriented;third,the behavior level.Establish the relation of "passing help and belt" among peers model,form the tradition of inviting experts to come to the school regularly,and teaching content to highlight the academic frontier.The innovation of this paper is to focus on graduate students,pay attention to students as the center,truly implement the people-oriented concept of training,enrich the connotation of academic atmosphere,and make the construction of academic atmosphere more operable and popularized.This not only broadens the research perspective of the academic atmosphere of the university,but also helps to deepen people's theoretical cognition of the academic atmosphere and provides a useful inspiration and reference for the practice of talents training in the universities.
