Study On The Quality Of Cheerleading Athletes' Sports Friendship And Its Influencing Factors In Universities

Research on the quality of cheering athletes' sports friendship and its influencing factors in colleges and universities,through the methods of literature data,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and logic analysis,the quality of sports friendship of cheerleaders in universities and their influencing factors.Conduct research.The purpose of the research is to compile the “Quality Scale of Cheerleading Exercise Friendship in Colleges and Universities”through the questionnaire survey,and to analyze the quality of the sports friendship of the college cheerleaders and the influence degree of the influencing factors.The research significance lies in that it can help coaches recognize the importance of sports friendship quality and athletes' psychological state,find problems in the training of athletes' psychological conditions,provide active psychological guidance for athletes,increase feelings among players,and improve team sports.The harmonious development of friendship quality assurance teams will increase the efficiency of training and promote team development.On the other hand,we can further study the quality of sports friendship,explore the depth of its research,from the overall research and development to project research,fill gaps in research,and make all kinds of sports coaches gradually realize the importance of sports friendship quality.,Recognize the status of the team from the characteristics of the sports friendship quality of the project and make improvement measures.On this basis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)College skills Cheerleading athletes have a good overall quality of sports friendship,and the six dimensions are uneven,with self-esteem enhancing the best dimension,followed by increasing self-esteem,commonality and mutual aid,and sports.Pleasure,companionship and intimacy,cooperation and trust,conflict and resolution.(2)College skills Cheerleading athletes have different sports friendship qualities.In the gender difference: the quality of athletic friendship of male athletes is better than that of female athletes;among the differences in position: the quality of sports friendship in the base is the best,followed by middlemen,and the quality of sports friendship among the top is the worst;among the differences in sports levels: the sports friendship of five-star athletes The quality is the best,and the quality of one-star athlete sports friendship is the worst.The higher the level,the better the sports friendship quality.(3)The influence factor of team factors on the four influencing factors of colleges and universities' skills is: the group factor has the greatest impact,followed by training factors,individual factors,and external environmental factors.And put forward the following suggestions:(1)coaches in the futuretraining to pay attention to the relationship between players,to discriminate between players of different sports friendship quality,to resolve conflicts between players in a timely manner,by improving the sports friendship between the players Quality to improve team awareness and promote team development.(2)In training,female athletes,top athletes,and athletes with lower levels of sports are given more care and help to help them adjust their psychological state,relieve psychological barriers,and better integrate into the collective and improve the quality of sports friendship.(3)"Team factors" as an important influencing factor,coaches and athletes should work together to handle team relationships,enhance team members' feelings,and do a good job of team culture,so that the team has a good teamwork,team awareness and team Cohesion,improve the quality of sports friendship.
