The introduction of targeted poverty alleviation policy has profoundly changed the previous idea of poverty alleviation work and pointed out the direction for China to make further breakthroughs in poverty alleviation.As an important component of education,vocational education has the advantages of wide coverage,quick results,and strong target in cultivating the vocational skills of laborers in poverty areas.It can not only stimulate the development of social and economic in poverty areas,but also improve the quality and skills of the poor effectively.And solve the problem of economic development Fundamentally.However,the current vocational education still has many problems in targeted poverty alleviation,which affects the efficiency of poverty alleviation work.Therefore,the thesis selects the typical poverty counties of Fuping to investigate.Fuping is the key poverty county in the “Yanshan-Taihang National Contiguous Poverty Region”.It has achieved great results in targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education,which is very typical.Since the implementation of vocational education for poverty alleviation,Fuping has taken advantage of local economy and regional characteristics and actively develop academic and non-academic vocational education to help poverty.It has reduced the cost of education for poor families,raised the culture and employment skills of poor people and promoted the prosperity of poor families.Through the field investigation on Fuping,the thesis finds the following problems: the relevant laws on farmers' vocational education are not perfect,and the government's support for poverty alleviation in vocational education needs to be strengthened;there are problems in the cooperation of vocational education cooperation zones,and the teaching resources are poor in integration;the teacher evaluation system is dysfunctional,and the supervision of peasant vocational education is not in place;vocational education students have a weak sense of entrepreneurship,and a single source of employment;the sense of entrepreneurship is weak;the agricultural products have a poor market,and the farmers' awareness of scientific and technological transformation is weak.Therefore,in order to further improve the targeted poverty alleviation of Fuping in vocational education,the following five suggestions are proposed: the first is to improve the laws on peasants' vocational education and to strengthen government support for poverty alleviation in vocational education;the second is to improve the cooperation mechanism of the vocational education cooperation zone and establish a shared teaching resource pool;the third is to build a scientific teacher evaluation system and strengthen the supervision of farmers' vocational education;the fourth is to strengthen students' entrepreneurial education and build an internet employment platform;the fifth is to build a multi-channel sales network and strengthen the support of science and technology transformation.
