Since 2013,the idea of targeted poverty alleviation has been adopted as the core strategy for poverty alleviation,since its implementation,it has achieved excellent results nationwide.Employment is regarded as the largest project of people's livelihood,therefore its role in precision poverty alleviation cannot be ignored.The poverty alleviation through employment circumvented the disadvantages of extensive way and dependent way in the past,and transformed it into detailed poverty alleviation and hematopoietic poverty alleviation.Employment-driven poverty alleviation through the construction of workshops or bases(designed for employment-driven poverty alleviation)and other poverty alleviation carriers,provide employment opportunities and positions,improve the employment quality and skill level of poor labor force to meet job needs and enhance their own competitiveness,reduce employment costs to achieve stable and high quality to encourage employment,encourage innovation and entrepreneurship,thereby driving employment,and help the poor to get rid of poverty fundamentally,increase income and become rich.With the deepening of precision poverty alleviation,the strategic position of poverty alleviation through employment has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,it should be noted that there are still many problems in the implementation of employment poverty alleviation.Many factors restrict its poverty alleviation effect and affect the quality and effectiveness of employment poverty alleviation in targeted poverty alleviation.Based on reading relevant literature and materials,this paper selects employment poverty alleviation in Y area as a specific research object,uses interview survey method and Delphi method to find out the factors that affect employment poverty alleviation effect,and then builds an evaluation model with AHP to analyze the Y area.The influence factors of employment poverty alleviation effects are ranked and sorted.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding influential factors are proposed as the starting point,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to expand the research ideas and methods of employment poverty alleviation issues for future employment and entrepreneurship in District Y.It can provide a reference for the development of employment assistance,and at the same time it can provide a certain reference for employment-driven poverty alleviation in other areas of China. |
