With the development of China's reform and opening up to the present,the educational mechanism has also undergone major changes with the development of society.At the present stage,private colleges and universities are the backbone of our country in carrying out the work of higher education.In recent years,the development of teaching and learning has shown an increasing trend year by year.Although it faces greater teaching opportunities,it also needs to deal with a series of pressures for development challenges,so the challenge pressure will be transmitted through the layers of society and inevitably fall on the work of private college teachers.Nowadays,more and more private college teachers have different levels of job burnout in the current teaching reform.If the problem is not solved in time,it will inevitably cause great harm to students' academic development,personal development of teachers,and the long-term development of private universities.Therefore,this study aims to investigate the job burnout of private colleges and universities in Ningxia,in order to explore the cause of job burnout in private colleges and universities in China,and to analyze and put forward effective countermeasures to alleviate job burnout,so as to promote private colleges and universities in Ningxia.Teachers' enthusiasm for work promotes the sustainable development of the teacher team.This study has conducted effective combing and related research through the literature research method for domestic and foreign teachers' job burnout at home and abroad,the overall development history of private universities at home and abroad,and the professional burnout of teachers in private universities.Through the MBI(Professional Burnout Questionnaire),teachers' job burnout questionnaires in accordance with private colleges and universities in Ningxia were compiled: Through the use of questionnaires,the job burnout of 160 teachers in four universities was analyzed and investigated.The teachers' background factors and social factors were carried out in two aspects.They were aimed at teachers' emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low-achieving sense.After this study,it is found that the emotional exhaustion of private college teachers in Ningxia is more serious,and the depersonalization situation is still relatively light.The majority of teachers generally have a high degree of personal personal satisfaction.In the investigation of background factors,it was found that academic qualifications,age,job title,salary,and school would significantly affect the teachers' job burnout.At the same time,the weekly class and the teaching age will significantly affect the teacher's job burnout.In the social factors survey,it was found that organizational management and workload factors may have an impact on the three-dimensional degree of job burnout among teachers,and that professional development factors may have a significant impact on emotional exhaustion and achievement perception factors.After the investigation results of background factors and social factors,the main causes were analyzed,and a targeted solution to the job burnout in private universities in Ningxia was proposed.
