In order to encourage the education of private education,the state clearly proposes a more relaxed environment and policy support for the development of private education in the long-term planning of the education environment.However,private universities have also been hindered by some inherent ideas in the development and growth,such as the implementation of policy support.The status in the education system has become a barrier to development.Due to the late establishment of private education,it is difficult to compete with public universities in terms of academic innovation and scientific research ability.In the development of skills,it is difficult to compete with higher vocational colleges for vocational education.However,with the vigorous promotion of ?applied universities? in recent years,the reform,transformation and upgrading of private colleges and universities have been objectively promoted,and the tasks and pressures of private college teachers have also been enhanced.The resulting problems such as burnout have become research.hot spot.This paper takes the teachers of private universities in Shaanxi Province as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of occupational fatigue of teachers in private universities in Shaanxi Province.After analyzing the causes of burnout,it identifies the key factors affecting burnout and gives occupations The solution to the problem related to burnout provides a good solution.The specific content of this paper is as follows: Firstly,the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods are summarized.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis of burnout,namely the concept of burnout,the characteristics of job burnout in private colleges and the performance of burnout,and on this basis,through the design of relevant burnout questionnaire,the teachers of private colleges in Shaanxi Province Investigate and understand its actual situation in job burnout,and analyze the differences in job burnout of private teachers with different demographic characteristics.Thirdly,through the identification and analysis of the key factors of teacher burnout in Shaanxi private colleges and universities,the importance ranking of the key factors affecting teachers' job burnout is obtained.Based on these factors,the differential analysis of job burnout under demographic characteristics is analyzed.Finally,combined with the key factors affecting burnout and the differences of different groups,the paper proposes targeted improvement measures in line with the actual situation of private colleges and universities in Shaanxi.The author hopes that the research in this paper can be used to provide reference for dealing with the problems related to the occupational burnout of private teachers in other relevant regions.
