Since reform and opening, with the development and reform of the education system and higher education, private colleges as an important force in China’s higher education, showing a surge in the number situation, but is also facing a series of challenges and pressures, these challenges and pressures by inevitably fell to the level of conduction of Private University teachers who, more and more teachers Private Colleges had varying degrees of burnout in the reform process of adaptation. The success of private colleges and universities, the key is whether the industry has a strong fine skills, smashing teachers, if they can not effectively solve the problem of burnout, bound to have students’ academic, health, and development of school teachers produce great harm. Therefore, this study aims to understand the Guangzhou area Private College teacher burnout situation, looking for the causes of burnout, burnout of mitigation measures in order to promote the healthy development of Guangzhou private school teachers.This paper adopted literature survey of domestic and foreign teacher burnout before the domestic development process of Private Colleges and Teachers’ Job Burnout Status of Private Colleges and research of the sort. Reference burnout questionnaire(MBI) prepare to meet in Guangzhou Private College Teachers’ Burnout measurement questionnaire; and the use of questionnaires to be investigated and analyzed in four universities 168 teachers burnout situation, from teachers and social background starting two factors, namely the three dimensions of burnout(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment) correlation study. The study found that a high degree of emotional exhaustion Guangzhou most private colleges and universities teachers, depersonalization is not serious, high personal accomplishment. Among them, the background factors in education, job title, age, salary and influence school teacher burnout is more obvious, and seniority, hours per week on the impact of teacher burnout is obvious. Social factors in organizational management, and workload factors on emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and sense of accomplishment there are obvious influence, career development factors have a significant impact on the sense of accomplishment and emotional exhaustion factor, the factor for the students to personalize the impact is obvious. Followed by further explore Guangzhou Private University Teachers Burnout from society, schools and individuals in three areas, and proposed prevention, mitigation measures targeted Private College Teachers’ Burnout.
