Private preschool education is an important part of preschool education in China.The private kindergartens in the border ethnic areas of Guangxi are the main force of the development of local preschool education.The quality of the kindergartens is related to the healthy growth and development of children in the border ethnic areas.In particular,the ethnic minority areas on the border of Guangxi are located both in border areas and areas where ethnic minorities gather.Special geographical and humanistic environments provide opportunities and challenges for local private preschool education.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study private preschool education in the minority areas of Guangxi.This article takes the eight border counties and cities of Daxin,Ningming,Fangcheng,Dongxing,Jingxi,Pingxiang,Longzhou and Napo in the border areas of Guangxi as the research object,and focuses on the current status of private preschool education in different parts of the country.Problems,constraints on their development and solutions.This article first summarizes and analyzes the reasons for selecting the topic and the research status of private preschool education at home and abroad.The concepts of border ethnic areas,preschool education,private education,and private preschool education were defined.Focused on the basic purpose of this study.This article uses survey research method,case study method,comparative research method,etc.,and the current situation of private preschool education in the minority areas of Guangxi border from the aspects of the number of private kindergartens,the size of the campus,the number of kindergarten children,the construction of teachers,management,and quality supervision.A comprehensive analysis was conducted and found that the development of private pre-school education in ethnic minority areas in Guangxi has insufficient capital investment,poor school conditions,unbalanced distribution of urban andrural areas,lack of standardized management,low overall quality of teachers,high mobility,and low quality of conservation.The characteristics of office parks still need to be highlighted.The development of private pre-school education in ethnic minority areas of Guangxi border is restricted by many factors.Because of the low level of economic development and insufficient capital investment in border ethnic areas,the improvement of the conditions of kindergartens in private kindergartens has been affected;the imperfections of the government ' s management functions and laws and regulations have affected the order of the private preschool education market.Private kindergartens still exist;teacher education and training mechanisms are not perfect,leading to a decrease in the sense of well-being of private kindergarten teachers,lack of teachers,and lack of professional abilities;the low social evaluation results in prejudice of parents' attitudes towards private kindergartens,and affects the synergy and effectiveness of home cooperation.Aiming at the existing problems and restricting factors of private preschool education in the minority areas of Guangxi border,combined with the actual situation in the border ethnic areas,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of private preschool education in the ethnic minority areas in Guangxi.The government should increase support for private pre-school education in border areas,including support for policies,funds,and business guidance.It should further clarify the management functions and increase supervision;improve the teacher protection mechanism and increase the treatment and status of private kindergarten teachers.Emphasize the professional development of teachers;make full use of the unique cultural ecology in the border areas;pay attention to the school-based teaching and research activities and vigorously develop ethnic cultural curriculum resources;and in the context of the "village rejuvenation strategy," develop rural pre-school education in the border areas and ethnic minorities need to be optimized as a whole.Layout,innovation of the mode of running schools,strengthening of homeland cooperation,and promoting the sustained and healthy development of private pre-school education in the border areas.
