With the acceleration of urbanization and the expansion of the scale,population mobility has increased,the number of floating population has increased dramatically,and the form of population mobility has gradually evolved from the previous individual migration to a “family” migration,thus promoting a new group—— Migrant workers' Children.In order to protect the equitableness of the migrant workers' children,the state has introduced policies to protect the rights of children of the relocated families so that migrant workers' children can enter the public schools in the places where they are entering for education.As a result of policy protection,more and more migrant workers' children have entered public schools in inflow areas for education,resulting in major changes in the structure of students' source of public schools.For urban public elementary schools that have both local students and foreign students,the adaptation and integration of migrant workers' children in the influx places also received much attention.Therefore,a new strategy of fusion education with the education of migrant workers' children came into being.The most important thing is to increase students' interaction and exchanges,enhance the sense of belonging of the students who are moving with their children,and cultivate their “ endogenous power ”,which is to cultivate a stable quality of self-reliance,self-improvement,and self-confidence.However,for such public elementary schools in cities,how to carry out fusion education and through which ways to carry out fusion education is an urgent issue.The purpose of this study is to explore the effective path and mode of integrated education for children in urban public elementary schools.The object of the study is public elementary schools in the city.The objectives of the study are mainly to sort out the development course of the integrated education of children with children,to understand the current situation of the integrated education of children in public schools in urban public schools,and to analyze the main problems in the integrated education ofchildren in urban public primary schools.Based on this,we will carry out educational practice,explore the effective path for urban public elementary schools to implement integrated education for their children,and finally summarize the practical experience of carrying out integrated education for their children,and refine the model of integrated education for urban public primary schools.To this end,this paper first adopts the literature method to sort out the development course of the integration education of children with relocation;secondly,it uses the interview method to instruct the leaders and teachers of M elementary schools to understand the current situation of the fusion education of children in M primary schools,and then to understand the status quo.Based on the analysis of the problems,we propose the path of integration education for the children with the relocation and practice;Finally,we use questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of the integrated education path for M-primary children,and use the interview method to deeply understand the students' feelings,experiences and Variety.The dissertation consists of six parts.The contents of each part are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background of the topic,the core concepts and the significance of the research.Based on the analysis of the existing research,it establishes the theoretical basis and research design of the research.The second chapter is about the development of fusion education for migrant workers' children in urban public elementary schools.“Fusion education” originated in the United States.In the 1980 s,the concept of integrated education was formally proposed for people with disabilities and special children.After the 1990 s,its connotation was gradually extended to the education of new immigrants.Fusion education has experienced theoretical construction period and practical exploration phase.The third chapter,the status and problems of the fusion education of the children in M primary school.It is found that school management is the command of the fusion education of children in M primary schools.Classroom teaching is its basic approach.Extracurricular activities are its home field,and off-campus resources are its support.The third chapter,but correspondingly,there are also some problems in these four aspects,the management of the children of the children with the transfer is not perfect,the role of the teacher's subjectivity is lacking;students in the classroom are not many self-display opportunities,lack of effective interaction;Campus Culture emphasizestradition,and extracurricular activities are arbitrarily;school education is passive and there is no effective connection between home and school.The fourth chapter is the practice of the fusion education of the children in M primary school.According to the problem of fusion education for children enrolled in primary schools in M,the construction of fusion education for children with children is to be carried out in four aspects: school management,classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,and off-campus support systems.The fifth chapter,the effectiveness of the fusion educational practice of children with M primary school.Using an independent sample t-test,it was found that M primary school had significant changes in school management,classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,and school resources.Students' behaviors,relationships,and self-confidence have improved.The last chapter,Reflections and suggestions.The practical experience in carrying out the fusion education of the migrant workers' children is: Reinforcing teacher training is an effective way;constructing a school support system is a basic guarantee;developing educational research is an effective way.In addition,there are still some issues that deserve further study.The proposal to carry out fusion education for children in urban public elementary schools is to update the content of teacher training in combination with the concept of fusion education;Develop integrated school-based curriculum to enrich campus culture;adjust the way of extra-curricular activities to be carried out to avoid the tagging of migrant workers' children;strengthen the links between schools,families,and communities;and build support for the Trinity School system.
