Cultivating students' innovative ability and core literary of the subject is the aim of the basic education reform in our country.The development of students' innovative ability and core literary depends on the advanced teaching ideas and scientific teaching methods of basic educational workers.Continuous exploring to the reform of teaching methods has become an important subject for basic educational worker.To adapt to the demands of the new curriculum reform and the consensus of strengthening the quality education,“heterogeneous class teaching” comes out as a newly-born method of teaching research.This method means that different teachers have different teaching designs and different teaching methods to the same teaching content according to their own teaching wisdom,professional skills and students' conditions.Using this method,the teachers need to find differences in the same theme and they should know the same points in their differences.The basic is the same points and it shows the basic requirement of teaching content and targets,while “heterogeneous class teaching”shows the originality and wisdom of different teachers,and it's aimed to seek better teaching design scheme,to implement teaching according to different students' aptitude,in order to enhance the affinity and effectiveness of the class.The two main kinds of heterogeneous class teaching of ideological and political course are “the heterogeneous class of different teachers and the same teaching objects”and “the heterogeneous class of the same teacher and different teaching objects”;the theories of cooperative teaching,peer mutual assistance and teaching optimization are the theoretical basis for the implementation of ideological and political Course in high school;Implementing the idea of the new curriculum reform,and promoting the overall development of the students as well as the professional growth of teachers are the value of implementation of heterogeneous class teaching of ideological and political course in high school.In retrospect,however,there are many problems in the implementation of Ideological and Political Course based on the Theory of Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject in high school.These problems mainly include the unavailability of normative requirements in school,low frequency of teachers' participation and evaluation of class,teachers' inadequate preparation for new lessons,loose classroomstructure,inaccurate knowledge about leaning condition of students,deficiency of teaching objectives,one-sided obsession with Heterogeneous Forms Theory,ignorance of the essence of teaching and defective students evaluation mechanism,etc.In order to complement the insufficiency of Ideological and Political Course in high school during implementation process,it is advisable to combine teaching theory and practice of the basic problems,such as mechanism,principles and strategy of implementation,so as to provide practical reference for the high school teachers who are engaging in the Ideological and Political Course.Some principles are meant to be figured out while implementing the Ideological and Political Course in high school,for instance,diversity principle,principle of effectiveness,heuristic principles,and principle of life.In the process of teaching design,some aspects should be paid close attention,such as the scrutiny of textbook,precise grasp of learning condition of students,well-chosen teaching methods and so forth.In the classroom teaching process,Theory of Heterogeneous Forms for the Same Subject should be carefully,orderly and effectively designed.In the process of teaching evaluation,it is noted to combine the methods of teachers' self-assessment,mutual evaluation of teaching and research groups and student evaluation.
