The novel,with its diverse characters and intricate storylines,has become one of the most popular literary genres and plays a major role in the teaching of reading.In the teaching of novels,the teachers should guide the students to grasp the reading methods better,train their thinking through language,and improve the aesthetic ability while obtaining the aesthetic pleasure.Modern education is an inter subjective education.The common presence of teachers and students,teaching and learning is a reasonable modality of Chinese schooling.In the actual language teaching activities,the dominant position of teachers can usually be fully reflected,but the main position of students cannot be effectively implemented.At the end of 2017,“Standards for Ordinary Senior High School Chinese Language Curriculum” was released.The precise connotations of “Chinese Core Literacy” are more clearly and clearly expressed in the curriculum standards.It includes language construction and application,development and promotion of thinking,aesthetic appreciation and creation,cultural heritage and understanding,we can see that aesthetic appreciation and creativity are crucial one-dimensional aspects of language literacy.Therefore,how to make the teachers and students realize the real presence in the classroom,complete the construction of the students' subjectivity,and how to cultivate the students' aesthetic appreciation and creative ability is an essential subject in novel reading teaching.This thesis is based on the theory of "materialize".It focuses on the construction of students' subjectivity,the appreciation of aesthetics and the cultivation of imaginative abilities.It connects the theory of materializing" with the teaching of high school novels and explores the internal connection among them.Through the investigation of reading teaching in middle school novels,it is found that there are a series of problems,such as students' reading attitudes and motivations are not very appropriate,reading behavior is not very normative,and the reading effect is not very satisfactory;the teaching methods of teachers are not very flexible and the teaching contents are not very sophisticated,the teaching effect is not very ideal and soon.Then,with the theory of "materialize" as the point of view,the causes of the problems are analyzed as follows: most middle school students like to read novels with a pastime attitude and can not see the "existence" contained in "nothingness",they are accustomed to the shallow reading behavior,and can not hear the echo of"blank" in the deep part of the text and the solidified teaching template obscures the infinite connotation contained in the novel text,standard answer expectant teaching kills the possibility of diversified understanding.Finally,on the basis of the theory of"materialize" suggestions are offered.Teachers should change the students' recreational reading attitude,use the "blank spot" appropriately to arouse students' interest,remain in "blank",see nothing in it,correct students' shallow reading behavior,and guide students to excavate potential elements.Teachers should teach students read novels from shallow to deep,weak the consciousness of template,read the infinity from the limited language,break through the shackles of standard answers,and understand the content of text from one element to the multiple.Through the combination of "materialization" theory and the teaching of novel reading in middle school,the purpose of education is to increase teachers' theoretical literacy,construct students' subjective consciousness,cultivate students' aesthetic ability and creative ability.
