The rise and fall of a country in the Department of education;education plans,teacher centered.As the first stage of education,compulsory education plays a very important role in the development of the country,and generally improve the quality of citizens,as the subject of compulsory education in primary and middle school teachers,shouldering the responsibility of cultivating talents for the future,they ensure the quality of education,school organizational goals.Effective teacher performance management helps teachers to maximize their potential,improve their overall quality,ensure their quality and achieve strategic development.Therefore,the performance of teachers is of great significance to the sustainable development of the school and the cultivation of sustainable competitiveness.On this basis,building a scientific and effective system of teacher performance management is of great importance for improving teachers' overall quality,enhancing the sustainable competitiveness of schools,and ensuring the sustainable development of schools.Therefore,this article is of great significance to the research of the M school for the construction of the school performance management system.The establishment of a scientific and effective performance management system requires designers to first understand the significance,role,method and process of performance assessment.Then,on the basis of physical truth of educational institution,we ought to design a reasonable performance management system,and pay attention to the application and feedback of the system.This paper first analyzes the related theories of teacher performance.Secondly,further studies and analyses are made on the basic situation of performance appraisal in M school,and after in-depth analysis,it points out the shortcomings and unreasonable aspects of M school teachers' performance appraisal and management.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method,the key index method and the 360 degree evaluation method are used to make up the system for the performance assessment management of M school teachers.This paper takes M school teachers as the research object,combines the current situation of school development and the characteristics of our school teachers,and proposes a scientific and practical teacher performance appraisal index system,and establishes a reasonable performance management system.At the same time,according to the proposed assessment index and assessment criteria,this article conducts in-depth research on how to implement M school teachers' performance appraisal and assessment,and puts forward many safeguards and measures.This article uses human resource management theory and certain mathematical knowledge to establish a set of relatively complete performance evaluation index system,and innovate M teacher performance appraisal system.The research results of this article will have some guiding functions for improving the performance management system,improving teachers' performance appraisal,improving the management level of schools,and promoting the sustainable development of schools.
