In recent years, more attention paid to the social work, social work of professional team is rapidly growing. MSW (professional Master degree of Social Work, English name is "the Master of Social Work", MSW) as an important power supply of professional Social Work talent team, in promoting the talent team construction of Social Work has played a vital role. But the reality shows that there are a lot of MSW students after graduation, no engaged in the Work related to Social Work. This paper explores the impact of professional social work in master's degree of recognition of employment options, there is a significant impact on employment options for MSW based on the assumption that the social work professional identity. Based on the five Universities in Nanjing in MSW as samples, using literature analysis, surveys, and interviews and other methods to investigate this issue, here are the following conclusions:(l)overall, MBA is at a high level of professional identity, with the identity total score of 3.4036,which means that most of the MBA has an agreeable attitude toward their major. In different learning conditions, professional prospects cognitive differences between; on different gender, grade and school the way, there are differences fractional factorial; which exist in different cultures and different categories and voluntary choice of the large professional categories and culture conditions interaction.(2)MSW is low in this professional employment wishes. Only 26.5% of the subjects were willing to engage in social and work-related occupations. Different gender, grade, admissions, training types, voluntary choice, the different of bachelor degree and master's and so on, are affecting the MSW's choice. Prospects become MSW employment options of the most important considerations, followed by wages, employment location again, professional counterparts factors MSW employment final consideration. In addition, the degree of social recognition, the demand for graduates, the scope of professional employment side, their professional knowledge base and understanding of different professional employment situation also affects the employment options of MSW.(3)MSW's professional identity and employment options were in a significant negative correlation (R=-0.286, p= 0.01), professional identity of each factor can jointly predict 10.1% of the variance. In a general, This phenomenon is not consistent with the general experience, to a certain extent, can be sick, but social work itself and MSW selection are normal which can be obtained from the MSW degree of recognition of the professional middle and "rational" hypothesis Explanation.however, the existence of the sick phenomena is caused by the social acceptance, the demand for graduates, the scope of professional employment side, their professional knowledge base and understanding of different professional employment situation.Based on the above conclusions, I try to make relevant recommendations. Governments should not only pay attention to the social work profession in the policy, but should expand the social work of highly educated graduates in the workplace space, to take certain incentive trying to restore the drain of highly educated graduates of social work; For professional training for graduate students in social work, it Should be based on the needs of society, for MSW in Social Work research,we should be further refining for domestic politics, international social work accurately grasp the development of social work. The government should adopt a more stringent selection system for MSW, so that MSW can be enhanced in professional recognition, also hope that through these improvements to allow them to be stationed in social work position, to play professional expertise, to realize their life and professional values.
