| As a high-quality talent for national development,graduate students need not only rich scientific and cultural knowledge but also excellent psychological quality.In the face of economic,employment and academic pressure,they have brought about great psychological conflicts and have had a serious impact on their mental health.In recent years,because of the graduate students’ psychological problems,the graduate students commit suicide and jumped out of buildings and other extreme events,which has gradually attracted the attention of the state and society.The current research in China puts more emphasis on the development of strategies and suggestions for the development of postgraduate mental health education in terms of psychology and pedagogy,and the lack of sociological research.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of social work intervention,understands the development of postgraduate mental health education,finds out its influencing factors,and provides advice for the development of graduate mental health education.Social work intervention in the mental health education of postgraduates is to use the specific ways and methods of social work to educate the mental health of postgraduatesThis paper studies the postgraduates and the staff of mental health education in Shandong Province from two aspects: the master students and the staff of mental health education.The paper can be divided into four chapters.In the introduction,the research status at home and abroad is combed,and the core viewpoints and theoretical basis of the full text are put forward,so as to determine the research methods and objects,and use the relevant knowledge of sociology and statistics to sort out the situation of the survey objects.In the second chapter,according to the basic situation of the sample,the author concludes that there are some problems and influencing factors in the development of mental health education of postgraduates.Through the analysis of the above issues,the factors affecting the development of mental health education for postgraduates are identified.There are mainly the lack of understanding of the importance of mental health education for postgraduates in colleges and universities,lack of adequate understanding of mental health education for graduate students,and mental health education,the mental health education system is not sound.In the third chapter,from the angle of social work intervention,we intervene in the mental health education of postgraduates.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work in the mental health education of postgraduates.It is precisely because there are many problems in the development of graduate mental health education.The third chapter discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in postgraduate mental health education from the perspective of social work intervention.Social work can better solve the mental health of graduate students.Problems in education;the fourth chapter proposes four measures in combination with the work model of social work intervention in postgraduates’ mental health education.The fourth chapter starts with the function of the social worker who plays the role of advocate,educator and resource integrator in service activities,and proposes development strategies from three aspects of graduate student,school and society,and provides practical and feasible social work intervention for postgraduate mental health education.Path method. |
