| The development of global information technology has promoted a series of innovation and changes in classroom teaching.Among them, one significant change is flipped classroom. As an innovation in education model, flipped classroom has overturned the traditional classroom teaching model and attracted much attention both at home and abroad. It is a kind of new teaching model that knowledge is delivered before class while the part of digesting knowledge and answering questions are conducted in the class.Hence,in China, this new emerging teaching model has revitalized the classroom teaching and provided new teaching ideas. In this paper,a combination of flipped classroom teaching and high school mathematics is provided to explore whether problems and efficiency of traditional high school mathematics classroom teaching can be improved.Four research methods have been used in this research, including literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interviewing method and experimental method. And the independent learning theory, constructivist learning theory, and mastery learning theory,as the basic of flipped classroom teaching theory, are analyzed, researched, and explored respectively. Then the flipped classroom mode is designed according to the experience here and abroad and actual teaching situation. After that, flipped classroom teaching experiments are conducted and corresponding cases are obtained.Through the analysis of the cases and students’ questionnaires, the students’ evaluation of the effect of flipped classroom teaching in high school mathematics after the implementation of the flipped classroom are discussed. And finally, teachers’ views on flipped classroom are acquired and the issues that need to be noted when carrying out high school mathematics flipping classroom teaching are summarized through listening to lecturers’ thoughts and opinions. Conclusions are as follows:(1)flipped classroom teaching model is loved by most students and it can arouse students’ interest in learning.Students’ ability of independentself-study and innovation can be cultivated and cooperation and communication among students can be enhanced.(2)flipped classroom teaching is not suitable for all high school mathematics contents. It is more appropriate for those contents which are conceptually weak, computationally small, and relatively specific.Suggestions are as follows: suggestions for students:(1)being active in participation and exploration.(2)enhancing awareness of cooperation and communication.(3)being good at self-monitoring learning.Suggestions for teachers:(1)repositioning teachers’ roles.(2)strengthening teachers’ professional quality.(3)emphasizing cultivating students’ study habits.(4)preparing for teaching design fully.(5)paying attention to the guidance of students’ classroom activities and the distribution of study team members in the classroom. |
