With the rapid development of economy and society in China,the quality of life of the public has also been greatly improved,people pay more and more attention to physical health,and the number of people participating in sports activities has continued to increase.A good physical and mental activity is not only the need of social development,but also one of the core parts of school quality education.Under the background of the national implementation of "sunshine sports for hundreds of millions of students",how to use scientific and correct guidance means to let students walk into nature,enter the playground,and exercise in the sunshine has become a key issue for every school to carry out quality education,and organizing large-time sports activities is undoubtedly an effective way to achieve the goal of sunshine sports.Funan County,as a large agricultural county in China,is carrying out the "national sunshine sports for hundreds of millions of students" in the context of the study of the current situation of the rural junior middle school Large-Break sports activities,which has a certain representative significance for the study of the current situation of the rural junior middle school Large-Break sports activities in China.For this purpose,the research adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,on-the-spot investigation,and numbers.By using the methods of statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies the current situation of Large-Break sports activities in 10 rural junior middle schools in Funan County,and on the basis of the research,summarizes the existing problems of Large-Break sports activities in rural junior middle schools in Funan County,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In Funan rural junior middle schools,the leaders do not pay enough attention to the Large-Break sports activities,and some schools are crowded out of the Large-Break sports activities.(2)In Funan rural junior middle schools,there are some problems such as inadequate activity time,single organizational form,single project,insufficient venues and equipment,and poor students' practice effect.(3)There are problems of insufficient funds and lack of policy documents in the Large-Break sports activities of rural junior middle schools in Funan County.(4)In Funan rural junior middle schools,the majority of teachers withunreasonable age structure are older,and the proportion of teachers to students is not harmonious.(5)In Funan rural junior middle schools,there are problems of single propaganda channels and inadequate propaganda.(6)In Funan rural junior middle schools,there are some problems,such as teachers' and students' unclear understanding of large-scale sports activities and negative motivation and attitude.(7)The students of rural Large-Break sports activities in Funan County tend to combine various items with the subjects of secondary school entrance examination.The time of development is 30-60 minutes,the time period is in the afternoon,five times a week,venues and equipment to meet their needs,various ways of propaganda and staggered peak development according to grade.On the basis of the conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)By actively studying the spirit of relevant documents and actively practicing,the leaders should pay more attention to the sports activities during the big break,so as to prevent the sports activities from being crowded out during the big break.(2)Enriching the contents and items of physical activities during large breaks,arranging exercise time and organizing forms scientifically to ensure the effect of students' exercises.(3)Relevant government departments and schools should increase their investment in funds and policies to ensure the development of Large-Break sports activities.(4)By increasing the introduction of young P.E.teachers,the competent departments can promote a reasonable proportion of teachers and students to ensure the teaching and organizational results.(5)Teachers and students actively construct a three-dimensional network with propaganda boards,campus broadcasting,school newspapers and network as the core to actively publicize Large-Break sports activities and promote propaganda in place.(6)School leaders actively construct a perfect reward and evaluation mechanism for large class break,promote teachers and students to participate actively and improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate,so as to make the sports activities in large class break develop better.
