On Profession Construction Of Vocational School Serves Regional Industry Upgrading

Profession is the lifeblood of vocational school.profession construction is the link between school and society,education and economy.It is the entry point through which school serves economy and society.In recent years,emerging information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet,Internet of things and artificial intelligence are triggering a new technological revolution and an industrial revolution worldwide.Intelligent manufacturing technology which takes intelligent machines,3 d printing manufacture and digital technology as the core,has triggered the third industrial revolution,which begins to take shape.the transformation,upgrading of industry and the strategic adjustment of economic structure put forward higher requirements for vocational education,especially for the profession construction.Industrial transformation and upgrading and the Strategic adjustment of the economic structure put forward higher requirements to vocational school,which behave as more closer relationship between school profession construction and industry,more quantity of high quality labor,higher quality and specifications of labor training.If the Supply side structure problem were not solved properly,the vocational education development will be greatly restricted,as well as the rapid rise of regional economies.In this background,methods of literature research and case analysis are used in the paper.Taking how the Liling Ceramic Fireworks Vocational School serves Liling industrial upgrading development as an example,based on the analysis on current situation of the regional industrial upgrading development,demands for vocational education and problems on profession construction of vocational school,the paper made researches on how profession construction of vocational school serves the area industrial upgrading from aspects of profession adjustment mechanism,profession scale construct,profession quality upgrading etc.The paper actively explored of the profession construction of vocational school,seriously considered how vocational school serves he area industrial upgrading and provide talent intelligence support,and systematically proposed countermeasures of profession construction of vocational school serves the area industrial upgrading,it will enhance the development of regional economies and vocational school.Specifically,the article structure is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction which mainly elaborated the background of the topic,the significance of this study and methods of research.This chapter defines some concepts pointed out in this paper,and made summarizes based on researches both inner and abroad.The second chapter introduces relevant theories that affect profession construction and industrial development of vocational education,such as "Equilibrium theory of labor market demand" "technical knowledge theory" and "industrial cluster theory" and so on.The third chapter points out the current situation of regional industrial upgrading and the new requirements for the profession construction of vocational schools.Based on the systematic analysis of the industry development of Liling city,this paper points out the new requirements for the profession structure,profession scale and profession quality of the regional industry upgrading.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of vocational schools profession construction and the service area industry upgrading.Three parts were analyzed in this chapter: firstly,by analyzing the investigation data of the current situation of regional industrial upgrading in profession construction service of vocational schools;Secondly,by analyzing the advantage of the regional industrial upgrading of the vocational school.Thirdly,pointed out the problems and causes of the regional industrial upgrading of the vocational school.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures of upgrading the profession construction in the service area industry of vocational schools: firstly,to perfect the dynamic adjustment mechanism of profession structure and built characteristic profession system;Secondly,to build a profession group system to form a profession scale advantage;Thirdly,to construct the connotation development system and form the profession quality advantage.
