With the rapid development of China's economy and society,a special vulnerable group,rural left-behind children,appears in the vast rural areas,especially in the mid-western regions.Rural left-behind children in the critical period of growth and development,under the influence of family structure is not complete and a variety of social and environmental factors intertwined,prone to cognitive,emotional and behavioral deviation,physical and mental health development is blocked,there are personal safety hazards,some people even appear social deviance behavior.In order to deal with the problem of left-behind children in rural areas of central and western China,this paper is an action study of the author's practical experience of intervening in W village of Guzhang county in Xiangxi as a social worker.The main contents of the study include:firstly,the status and needs of left-behind children in W village are investigated on the spot,and the problems at different levels are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the ecosystem theory;Secondly,the two stages of intervention in W village are the process of localization of rural social work.how to construct the overall community construction model centered on the left-behind children in rural areas is gradually constructed in the summary and reflection of practical experience;The third is how to construct social support network through the planning and implementation of "Youdeer children's community education program" in combination with the "social adjustment"theory of Chinese native society.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:fir-stly,the community building model centered on the left-behind children in rural areas is not only an action goal to solve the problem of left-behind children in rural areas,but also an effective strategy to meet the diverse needs of the village in various stages of convergence,consensus and concerted action.This model has some outstanding achievements in helping rural left-behind children to grow up physically and mentally,community construction,social support network construction and so on.Second,social workers can play an irreplaceable role in the links of public welfare resources,multiple participation in the deliberation and coordination,empowenment of vulnerable groups,social relations network construction and so on.Third,in the process of practice,social workers make full use of information technology to innovate service content and project operation mode,and make innovative exploration for multiple participation in the construction of rural left-behind children's social care support system.From the perspective of social work,how to solve the problem of rural left-behind children stage by stage and fundamentally this paper also puts forward the following suggestions:to strengthen the contractual relationship clear multi-subject responsibilities,based on the community to build a child social care support system,the establishment of inter-professional cooperation mechanism to promote rural revitalization,the introduction of social organizations to support complementary policies to carry out social services,and break the restrictions of urban and rural structure so that migrant families get equal rights.
