Study On Performance Of Tacit Knowledge Collaboration In University Collaborative Innovation Center

With the development of economic globalization,innovation gradually evolved from the traditional independent,decentralized model to multi-agent collaborative model.For gathering the advantage of universities,scientific research institutions and industry,promoting the comprehensive improvement of China's innovation capacity,China officially launched the "2011 program".The essence is the communication and coordination of the tacit knowledge,and finally the innovation breakthrough is formed.Tacit knowledge coordination is an effective way to achieve collaborative innovation.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of tacit knowledge synergy in the university collaborative innovation center,and designs the tacit knowledge coordination evaluation scheme,which has practical significance to guide the innovation practice of university collaborative innovation center.This paper first analyzes the operation mode and structural characteristics of the university collaborative innovation center,and studies the key influencing factors from the aspects of environmental factors,organizational factors and competency factors.Based on the BA network,the basic assumptions of the tacit knowledge cooperative model are proposed,and the tacit knowledge system rules are designed.The dynamic model of tacit knowledge coordination in the university collaborative innovation center is established.The simulation is used to find how elements affect tacit Knowledge collaborative performances.Secondly,from the external and internal perspectives,this paper explores the synergistic relationship between the agency and the members of the university collaborative innovation center,and identifies the output of tacit knowledge synergy.Based on social network analysis,this paper designs an operable index to measure the performance of tacit knowledge collaboration in university collaborative innovation center,and constructs an evaluation system.Finally,using the performance evaluation index,this paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research object to carry on the empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation to university collaborative innovation center in Jiangsu province.This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the performance of co-ordination of synergistic knowledge,and makes a ranking of Jiangsu university synergy innovation centers.
