In Junior high, mechanics is the key and difficult point in physics teaching. It not only trains the ability of junior high school students' understanding, but also develops students' hands-on ability, logical thinking ability, etc. Moreover,it lays foreshadowing for the high school. If teachers want to break through difficult point of junior high school physics(including mechanics),help students better to absorb knowledge and to the next level in physics subject, finding a new and effective way of teaching is necessary. At present, people's living standards are gradually improving, and because of the liberalization of the national "two-child policy",the number of students is increasing, which is a huge challenge for our education.Students need to read, schools need teachers, and new teachers are the fresh blood of education.New teachers get their ideal jobs after four years or more in higher education. They carry advanced teaching ideas, teaching methods, and multimedia technology, which are beneficial to mechanics teaching. But at the same time, the new teachers have deficiencies.Their understanding of the difficulty of physics in middle school is not in place, and they can't master the students' classroom behaviors well, and they are not familiar with the teaching environment. Therefore,it is imperative for new teachers to carry out effective teaching in junior high mechanics. The first part of this paper first analyzes the background of this topic, and uses t he literature research to understand domestic and overseas research situation of the eff ective teaching of junior high school physics mechanics,to have a preliminary underst anding of effective teaching. Then, the new teachers are defined by consulting a lot of data. The second part of this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the new teachers, including the advantages and disadvantages of the new teachers. The third part of this paper defines the concept of effective teaching, then discusses the effective teaching evaluation standard and development direction, and also studies the psychology of junior high school students' mechanics learning. This can help other scholars to understand effective teaching better. The fourth part of this paper mainly elaborates the relevant knowledge of junior high mechanics, analyzes the proportion of difficult points of the mechanics knowled ge in the final examination and senior high school entrance examination. In this paper, the fifth part,by formulating and issuing of junior high school physics mechanics effective teaching present situation investigation(students)of Chengdu Dafeng junior high school students, students' situation were understood.detailed statistics and analysis of recycling questionnaire were worked out.It is the bedding for new teachers to find effective teaching methods.I also distributed the current status survey of physics and mechanics teaching in junior high school(teacher's volume)to understand the physics teachers in Chengdu Xindu district.Through the real data,I can help myself understand the current teaching situation, and help myself find the strategies of effective teaching in the physics and mechanics of junior high school. The sixth part of this paper combines the previous research with the data in the questionnaire, and puts forward the strategies of effective teaching in junior high school physics mechanics. This is the core of the paper. It establishes the groundwork for further research of other scholars. In the seventh part of this paper,it mainly elaborates the comparation that the ne w teachers use effective teaching strategies in the classroom and the teaching results o f the old teachers, which proves the feasibility of effective teaching strategies.
