| With the implementation of the national training program,China’s teacher training has achieved remarkable results.At the same time,under the demand of "capacity improvement project",the collection and construction projects of high-quality curriculum resources have been launched and implemented successively.Based on this background,the author had the honor to participate in this project with the technology educational institute’s curriculum development team of Northwest Normal University many times,and this paper also carried out relevant researches based on this project.This paper’s researches are based on " The Curriculum Resources Development of Improving the National Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Technology Application Ability Project”,with the “capability-oriented” curriculum construction theory as the theoretical basis,and the “Curriculum of Middle School Chinese Teaching under Technology Support” as the main research contents,and used the research of design as the main research methods(combined with literature research,questionnaire investigation,and experience summary method).This paper is divided into three main research stages: basic research,design research and research summary.In the basic research stage,the author mainly concluded the current research situation and definition of capability-oriented application status,network courses’ research status,teachers’ technology application ability’s improving training.At the same time analysis the related standards of increasing the teachers’ technology application ability,then author analysis the teacher training courses’ requirements and relevant present development situation,in order to learn from its professional design methods and mature curriculum development experiences;in design research stage,the author built " The Capability-oriented Teacher Training Network Curriculum Design Mode” based on the experience of participating the teacher training courses’ construction and relevant researches,and applied this mode in the development of “Curriculum of Middle School Chinese Teaching under Technology Support”.Through the design practice,the validity of the mode is verified,and the deficiencies in the design process are modified to verify the feasibility of the design mode and improve it.The research summary stage includes summarizing the conclusions,highlights and defects of the research.This paper aims to solve problems such as how to make curriculum content meet teachers’ individual learning needs;how to reflect the correspondence between curriculum content and teachers’ technology application ability;how to reflect the concept of capacity-oriented curriculum design in the design of curriculum content,activities,evaluation,etc;how to highlight the design features of different course types in different information-based teaching environments.Through the research of this paper,the above problems are obtained effective solutions and measures,and through the effectiveness of the “Curriculum of Middle School Chinese Teaching under Technology Support”,this paper verified the capacity-oriented teacher’s training network curriculum design mode has strong feasibility.The results of this paper proved that the ability capacity-oriented design mode can effectively guide the courses’ design,and are able to guarantee the effectiveness of the course,and provided innovative design ideas and methods of the course design at the same time.This paper aims to provide more research thoughts to teacher training courses,and hopefully to contribute to the curriculum resources development of improving the teachers’ technology application ability. |
