The education for full-time postgraduates who aim at education master degree is a training mode for innovative talents in the process of post-graduate training in China.Most colleges and universities have implemented the "dual tutorial system",which,though each has its own characteristics,emphasizes the combination of theory and practice and focuses on practical teaching.This thesis takes Tianshui Normal University as a case study in order to investigate the present situation implementing of"double tutorial system" in the education for full time Master of education,that is,it surveys the internal and external tutors,students of full-time Master of Education and school administrators,explores the main problems existing in the implementation of"the dual-tutorial system" and proposes the following countermeasures:(1)starting from the training target of education master in the recruitment of dual tutors,to formulate the selection criteria of both the internal and external tutors and to abide by strict,open and fair principles;(2)in view of the problems existing in the implementation of the "Double Tutorial System",to explore actively and innovate the cooperation mode between universities and primary and secondary schools to implement the "dual tutorial system" effectively;(3)on the basis of straightening out the relationship between the internal and external tutors,to carry out rationally the division of instruction work according to their respective strengths,to define responsibilities,to emphasize the sense of cooperation and to train and guide the graduate students together;(4)to establish a "double tutorial system" school-based training platform for scientific and pragmatic and targeted pre-service training,to achieve professional development of the tutors of "double tutorial system",training the internal tutors mainly around the practice teaching and teaching training,and training the external tutors mainly on how to guide the full-time education masters to conduct the education and teaching research and to write a normative dissertation;(5)to work out tutor performance evaluation system including teacher' s ethics,academic attainments,professional abilities,participation in teaching practice and research,students' growth and progress and so on,to bring the assessment results into a new round of teacher evaluation as the main reference for the next period or reappointment.The thesis expects that the above countermeasures and suggestions helps to seek an effective and feasible strategy that can improve the cooperation and guiding ability of internal and external tutors,promote the professional development of teachers,thus,find a new way to ensure the all-round and coordinated development of the master of education and to ensure the quality of the education master.
