China is in a critical period of economic and social development,which has put forward new requirements for talents,especially for high-level and high-quality application-oriented talents.In 2009,in order to further accelerate the adjustment of graduate education structure,Ministry of Education decided to speed up the development of postgraduate education of professional degree,pointing out that graduate education of professional degree should be equipped with external tutors,the establishment of double tutorial system,and the realization of dual tutors' joint guidance.How to effectively use social resources,give play to the advantages of resource integration and improve the quality of talent cultivation has become a question worthy of further exploration in the process of the guidance of double tutors.This study is based on analyzing the background of the implementation of the “double tutorial system” in the professional degree education of Chinese universities and the existing research of domestic and foreign scholars.Adopting literature method,survey method,comparative method and case method,a questionnaire and interview was used to investigate cultivation of economical professional degree in case university,analyze the universal problems of “double tutorial system” in terms of social resources integration and the causes of these problems,and propose some countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that the case university has integrated human resources and established a diversified team of tutors through the construction of “double tutorial system”.It integrates teaching resources and enriches teaching training content.Moreover,it integrates practice resources,to a certain extent,broadening the learning horizon of graduate students and expanding the practice place.However,there are also some problems: first,lack of awareness of integration of social resources and inadequate communication between teachers and students.Second,the external tutors lack sufficient understanding of the relevant training requirements,and the tutor's instruction effect varies greatly and the development is unbalanced.Thirdly,external tutors' participation in talent cultivation is limited and superficial.The main reasons that affect the effect of social resources integration can be attributed to the lack of precision,strength and depth of resources integration.In the process of resource integration,corresponding measures should be taken to promote the common development of resource subjects,so as to realize the whole-process in-depth intervention of social resources in the cultivation of professional degree graduates and meet the diversified demands of professional degree training.In order to further improve “double tutorial system” which is based on integration of the social resources,through the analysis of the cause of the status quo,this study discusses the construction of the dynamic mechanism of integration of social resources,establishment of the social mechanism of sharing of resources integration,and improvement of the social guarantee mechanism of resource integration.Furthermore,starting from the actual demand of talent training,this paper expounds three key areas in deepening resources integration in cultivation,so as to provide the reference for colleges and universities in their construction of professional degree graduate education and improvement of “double tutorial system”.
