Professional degree graduate education is to train a number of high-level talents for the country and society,high-level talents not only have a certain theoretical level and scientific research ability,and should have a strong practical ability.The goal and requirements of professional degree training determines the importance of practice in training,in graduate student training quality factors,teachers' quality and the overall level plays a decisive role,so the introduction of "double tutor system" has its necessity and scientific.In 2009,the Ministry of Education issued "several opinions on" doing a full-time professional master degree postgraduate training work documents,documents pointed out:the training mode of graduate education reform and innovation,intensify the training of professional degree graduate education,attract a wide range of community resources,establish and improve the "double tutor system",together with the culture the United Graduate School tutor.Since the document issued after the implementation of the various colleges and universities nationwide Double Tutorial system".This paper mainly uses literature analysis,survey research on professional degree graduate education "double tutor system" is analyzed and summarized the relevant literature,of X University Master of law "double tutor system" implementation of the status quo,analysis of existing problems and countermeasures are put forward.This paper consists of five parts:The introduction part describes the research background,research significance,core concepts and research methods,and to "double tutor system",the connotation of "double tutor system" implementation problems and Countermeasures for the theme of the related literature summary.The first part is the graduate education of "double tutor system" mainly discusses the emergence and development of "double tutor system" s background,the administrative department of education to guide and promote the "double tutor system",the implementation of graduate cultivation units promote the practice of "double tutor system" etc.The second part is the professional degree graduate education implementation analysis of the necessity of double tutor system ",analyzes the professional degree graduate education as well as the uniqueness of graduate education for professional degree in the implementation of the" double tutor system "meaning.The uniqueness of the graduate education of professional degree mainly include:training objectives,teaching methods of unique unique,unique way of examination and evaluation;professional degree graduate education in the implementation of the "double tutor system" meaning is mainly embodied in four aspects:training,to professional degree graduate with practical ability help to relieve the pressure of lack of resources of teachers in Colleges and universities is conducive to improve the overall quality of the tutor team,to broaden the professional graduate employment channels.The third part is the theory of cooperation in the professional degree graduate education"mentoring",expounds the connotation and characteristics of cooperation theory mainly includes:the purpose,equality and innovation;and pointed out that "the key to the effective implementation of double tutor system lies in the effective cooperation between the two sides.The fourth part is the master of law X University as an example,the integrated use of questionnaires,interviews and investigation of the present status of the implementation of X University Master of law "double tutor system" in depth investigation,through in-depth analysis of the questionnaire,the data reflect the situation and puts forward the existing problems,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.The fifth part is to improve the "Double Tutorial System" countermeasures.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the "Double Tutorial System" of the master of law in X university.Mainly includes:perfecting schooltutor and off campus tutor cooperation mechanism,establish and perfect the school teacher and school teacher communication platform,to stimulate the enthusiasm and cooperation of extramural school clear mentor's responsibilities,to strengthen and improve the"double tutor training tutor assessment evaluation system.
