The Study On Employment Instructional Issues Of Vocational And Techical Colleges In Tian Shui

Creating more opportunities for employment is not only the biggest livelihood of people,but is the basic economic support.The recent ten years witness the achievement we made in higher vocational education reform and the enlargement of scale.However,the situation of employment face the serious challenge and the fierce competition with the increasing graduates "Outline of reform and improvement in education of China in the following ten years(2010-2010)" stated:Improving vocational education is the important method to develop economy,solve the problem on issue of agriculture",promote employment and livelihood of people.At present,the difficulties met by graduates in higher vocational educational college are extensively concerned by the whole society,especially in such a period of reform in economy.Therefore,instruction on employment becomes the hot topic in that it influences the stability of society and success of reform in educational field.Based on analysis and evaluation of present study on instruction of higher vocational education employment,this thesis mainly focuses on the four parts,including putting forward research questions,investigation,analysis,conclusion.The subjects of the study come from three higher vocational education colleges in Tian Shui,ingestion and interviewing are main methods used in this study in order to get the first-hand material on situation of employment instruction.The findings indicates the following four problems existed,Firstly,instruction on employment remains on the work level lacking of the rational and responsible attitude.Secondly,the quality of graduates remains to a higher level.Thirdly,the work structure of instruction on employment lacks of systematicness.Finally,we should strengthen the awareness of creating their own career.In one word,the college fails to put the instruction work on employment in the important place,and graduates lack of an objective evaluation on themselves,which leads to a dilemma in market need and satisfaction degree of students.Therefore,"it is easy to find a job" and "it is difficult to find a desirable job" become the most obvious feature under the present situation.At the end of the thesis,the researcher tries to provide a few suggestions,including changing the idea on employment,cultivate a correct attitude on considering the benefits of students completely,besides,emphasize the improvement of teaching quality,and make the students master the professional knowledge that can improve their competition ability in the employment market.At last,the college should help the students build an awareness to start a business by themselves.
