As society enters the era of big data,the development of the Internet and the information industry has gradually attracted people's attention.The e-learning community has also appeared in the public view and plays an important role in all aspects of modern learning.The author takes the tacit knowledge transfer in the e-learning community as the research focus,extracts the possible influencing factors in the community,and obtains the correlation between the influencing factors and the transfer effect.This to a certain extent enriched the domestic related research on tacit knowledge transfer,follow-up related research,and for the future development of the e-learning community,teachers use the e-learning community to organize teaching and provide reference and reference.First of all,the author defines the concept of the e-learning community and the tacit knowledge transfer in this study.It summarizes the related research from four aspects: it analyzes the current research status of e-learning community and tacit knowledge transfer.Then from the three aspects of knowledge transfer,tacit knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge transfer in e-learning community,the relevant influencing factors are summarized and combed.At the same time,the related factors of the transfer effect of tacit knowledge are analyzed;based on the above analysis This study determined the learning community theory,the theory of group dynamics,and the strong and weak connection theory as the theoretical basis,and analyzed the relevance of this study.Secondly,the research design of this study is divided into four parts.Firstly,it analyzes the research environment and survey object of the study,and proposes the process of tacit knowledge transfer in this study.Then,based on the analysis of the influencing factors and the process of tacit knowledge transfer in this study,the study is summarized.Research variables and research content;third,the preliminary formulation of the influencing factors survey scale and transfer effectiveness survey scale,and the initial revision of the survey scale under the guidance of the instructor;Fourth,based on the preliminary determination of the survey scale,conduct a preliminary survey and collect sample.Then,according to the data collected in the previous period,SPSS20.0 was used as the EFA analysis;according to the analysis results,the influencing factors survey scale,the transfer effectiveness survey scale and the study variables of the study were determined;the research variables obtained were performed.Definitions,and thus proposed research hypotheses;combined with research hypotheses and group dynamics theory,constructed the theoretical model of this research.Next,conduct a post-survey based on the determined survey scale,use the AMOS 21.0 to do CFA analysis on the collected data to test the survey scale for this study,and use AMOS 21.0 to do the SEM fitting analysis on the theory built in this study.The model was tested and amended;based on the test results,the research results of this study were summarized and analyzed.Finally,summarize the research process and conclusions of this study,and propose relevant recommendations for promoting transfer;conduct analysis andreflection on the innovations and deficiencies in the study,and based on this,study relevant issues in the future.Based on this,we look forward to the related research in the future.
