Enterprise social work combined with the actual work of trade unions,through the use of case and group methods,can solve the emotional troubles for service recipients,solve difficulties encountered in life and work,provide new ideas and methods for the service of enterprise trade unions,and effectively promote the improvement of the service effect of enterprise trade unions.Based on the practice platform of H enterprise,through the investigation of H enterprise,it is found that the current service effect of the trade union of H enterprise has poor service effect due to the partial material layer of service content,the lack of autonomy of service concept,the emphasis on integrity of service level and the lack of innovation in service methods.Therefore,under the concept of employee-oriented,through the investigation of the needs of employees,the current urgent needs of employees are developed,and the basic concept of combining innovative forms with trade union experience,and matching case guidance with overall service is adhered to as the direction of service effect improvement.The use of social work to promote the improvement of trade union service effect of case counseling,vocational learning and skill improvement,leisure and entertainment services and emotional counseling group social work practice,while providing quality services for enterprise employees,enhance the service effect of enterprise trade unions.After the practice,he reflected on the perceptions and suggestions on professional ethics,professional methods and professional development in the process of social work to promote the improvement of trade union service effects.In order to provide a little reference value for enriching the theoretical and practical research of corporate social work.
