In the era of big data,more and more attention has been paid to the innovation of science and technology,and more inter-disciplinary talents with comprehensive knowledge in science and technology,project and so on are needed by the society.With the continuous development of biology,the results of biology teaching are also being paid more and more attention.The result of experiment teaching is directly related to the teaching quality of the subject as it is an indispensable part of biology,therefore,it occupies a very important position in biology teaching.STEM educational philosophy is a relatively new,and it aims to cultivate comprehensive talents of high-quality.Based on this,in this study,STEM educational philosophy is applied into the biology experimental curricula to explore the teaching strategy of biology experimental curricula in senior high school so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching as well as cultivate students' biology and comprehensive scientific literacy.STEM educational philosophy is taken as the theoretical basis,domestic and foreign research results are analyzed,and 20 teachers of biology in high school,the experimental teaching content of Senior Biology textbook published by people's education press,one cooperative teacher and five teaching cases of biology experimental teaching are taken as the research objects,and method of interview,class observation and case analysis are adopted to carry out the study.Explore the effective teaching strategy of experimental teaching based on STEM educational philosophy,and conduct teaching design in accordance with teaching strategy,then practice will be conducted by the cooperative teacher,and the teaching case would be collected and analyzed to draw up the final conclusion,and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures would be put forward in accordance with the problems existed in teaching practice.It is found that STEM educational philosophy would be better reflected and the effectiveness of biology experimental teaching would be greatly improved if 5E teaching mode,experimental teaching based on micro-lectures and teaching strategybased on project are applied in the biology experimental teaching in senior high school.The biology experimental teaching based on STEM educational philosophy covers a wide range of teaching knowledge,and it is close to life,so students' initiative in learning can be greatly improved,cooperation and inquire awareness can be cultivated,and their comprehensive ability in science,technology,project and maths also can be developed.But the following problems need to be paid attention to in the teaching process: teachers shall strengthen the understanding of the theories of STEM educational philosophy and dig out the inner relationship among various disciplines so as to avoid formalism,and combine theories with experimental teaching as either of them cannot be lacked;And teachers shall develop more curricular resources during teaching process on the basis of STEM educational philosophy so that teaching can be closer to the life of students;Reasonable evaluation system shall be established from different perspectives,and various factors shall be taken into consideration to ensure the objective evaluation.And teachers need to continuously explore and practice so as to better improve the biology experimental teaching in senior high school.
