Since ancient times,China and South Korea have been close neighbors separated only by a strip of water.and Korea has long been influenced by Chinese culture.Especially in recent years,as the cooperation and exchanges between China and South Korea in the areas of economy,culture,and diplomacy have deepened,the status of Chinese has also increased and the demand for Chinese language teachers in Korean society has increased.In response to this demand,CPIK(Chinese Program In Korea)project came into being.This article takes the Daejeon area of South Korea as an example to investigate the current situation of the Chinese language teaching of Chinese teachers in Daejeon.Their advantages and disadvantages was analyzed and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.This article mainly focuses on the author's personal experience of teaching Chinese in cooperation with local Korean teachers at Songcun Middle School,Daejeon City,South Korea from February 2016 to February 2017.During this period,some Chinese volunteer teachers who participated in the CPIK program in Daejeon,Korean native teachers and Korean middle school students were interviewed.From the standpoints of Chinese and South Korean teachers and students,in-depth discussions and analysis of the problems existing in cooperative teaching were conducted by the combination of questionnaire survey and specific teaching cases.The author hopes to make use of the favorable conditions of hands-on teaching and put forward some methods and opinions on how to maximize the value of cooperative teaching in order to reach one plus one is greater than two results.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part mainly elaborated the origin and research problems of the topic of this paper and the research scope and research methods of the article.The current research status of cooperative teaching was outlined simultaneously.The second part analyzed the cooperative teaching mode of Chinese language classes in Korea.It investigated the current situation of cooperative teaching through three aspects of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods.The effect of cooperative teaching was analyzed from the following three dimensions:Chineseteachers,Korean teachers,and Korean students.The third part was conclusions and recommendations.This part mainly summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the cooperative teaching model.Some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward for the shortages and deficiencies in teaching in order that the Korean CPIK Chinese cooperation teaching played a greater role.
