Study On The Quality Of Graduate Students In Hunan Province

The purpose of this paper is to study the quality of graduate students in Hunan province.Centre on this research object.This paper build a source quality level evaluation index system contain four secondary index which included:Expectation about source of students,Attractive Power to source of students,Grade of source of students and Potential of source of students.More than that This index system also include eight three-level index:Planned enrollment,Number of undergraduate students,Number of register,Proportion of register from other provinces,Proportion of register from 985/211,Ratio of enrollment number and Planned enrollment,Proportion of exam-free candidate and Proportion of enrollment from 985/211.With this Index system,this paper utilize some analytical method included Factor analysis,PCA(principal component analysis)and Clustering analysis on the data from 2013 to 2017.The paper is divided into two parts:static research and dynamic study:In static research,This paper uses the relevant data of 2016 respectively to 17 Graduate student admission college and universities of Hunan province(excluding the national defense university of science and technology)and 12 of graduate student recruit students discipline(excluding military)matriculate quality level are analyzed,and calculated the composite scores of each college,varied discipline and carries on the sorting and clustering on these data,it is concluded that the distribution of college and universities in first-class area,good area,middle area and the distribution of discipline in leading area,middle area and backward area.On this basis,through further analysis of the quality level of different disciplines in universities,To study further in the quality of graduate students in Hunan province.In dynamic research,This paper uses the relevant data of 2013 to 2017 and the distinguishing result from static research above,To analyze and make statistics on the distinguishing area of 17 Graduate student admission college and universities and 12 of graduate student recruit students discipline,To obtain The dynamic development trend chart and corresponding data tableIn this paper,the characteristics of the above empirical analysis are described and analyzed,and in the end of the article,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the quality of the students.Improve the postgraduate selection mechanism;Strengthening process management;To strengthen the integration of education and education of postgraduate student.
