The professional development of primary school teachers is directly related to the future prospects of China's compulsory education.Especially young teachers,they are not only the witnesses of the state compulsory education reform,but also the main participants,so their professional developments are very important.Studying the professional development of young teachers in primary schools in the P-area is an anction which goes with the stream.It can also provide a reference material for the professional development of young teachers in the district,so that future teacher education work will be more targeted.In this study,literature research,questionnaires,and other research methods were used to investigate the actuality of the young teachers' professional development in primary schools from the aspects of professional knowledge,professional competence,and professional sentiment.The survey found that the advantages of professional development of young teachers are: high academic qualifications,professional counterparts and most normal school studentsoccupied;young teachers are full of passion for teachers;young teachers have a strong desire for self-development.At the same time,the problems in the professional development of young teachers include: lack of professional knowledge reserves;lack of professional capabilities;lack of professional aspirations;and lack of professional development planning.On this basis,through questionnaires and interviews,the impacts of the professional development of young teachers in primary schools were further analyzed,and relevant recommendations were put forward: implementing national policies to improve the treatment of teachers;schools should develop different professional development programs for young teachers at different stages of development;“reducing burdens” to give young teachers more time for professional development;create “cooperative” teacher culture and improve the professional development of young teachers;young teachers establishing self-development awareness;young teachers need to develop professional development plans and practices as well aslifelong learning;.
