Teacher professionalization is the inevitable trend of continuous development of education,young teachers and the absolute proportion in China's rural primary school,restricted by social,school and personal factors,the professional development of teachers is very limited,which affects the quality of teaching in rural prrimay school.It is of great significance to analyze the current situation and restrictive factors of the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers in rural primary schools,and accurately grasp the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers in rural primary schools,so as to improve the overall education level of rural primary school teachers.This article through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the professional development of youth in Shanxi area of Jinzhong province Shouyang county rural primary school teachers,to find out the professional development predicament of local primary school teachers,understand the local teachers' professional development needs,improve the effective measures and specific measures for the young teachers' professional level of the local rural primary school in the search for new under the curriculum reform,so as to improve the teaching quality of primary school teachers in rural areas of Shanxi Province,to promote the sustainable development of Shanxi Province Rural Primary School education.Shanxi province Shouyang County primary school,primary school,pincho Jiechou primary school,primary school is still king Songta respectively located in the county of East and West,North and south of the four end of the rural teachers' professional development,current situation investigation of the four primary school has an important significance to understand the whole Shouyang County rural primary school teachers' professional level.In this paper,four rural primary school teachers as an example,through the analysis of the demand and influencing factors of professional development status of the four rural primary school teachers' problems,and put forward some suggestions for Shanxi province Shouyang County Rural Primary School Teachers'professional development,so as to improve the local rural primary school teachers overall professional level.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first part:preface,including the proposition of the subject,the definition of core concept,the research trend at home and abroad,the research design and research significance.The paper expounds the current situation of the professionaldevelopment of young teachers in rural primary school teachers' professional level and the requirement of the new curriculum reform in Shouyang County,by defining the three concepts of teacher professionalization,teacher professional development and teacher professional development needs,define the research range of this paper and the specific contents.Through the literature review of the development of rural primary school teachers' professional at home and abroad,to provide the basic ideas for the study.The second part is the survey of the professional development of young and middle-aged teachers in rural primary schools in Shouyang county.Taking four rural primary schools in Shouyang County as an example,the purpose of the survey,the selection of survey subjects,the survey methods and the investigation process are introduced.The third part is the survey and analysis of the current situation of the professional development of young teachers in rural primary schools in Shouyang County,and analyzes the professional development status,existing problems,influencing factors and professional development needs of young teachers in Shouyang rural primary schools.The fourth part:investigation of the problems and solutions,this part mainly takes Shouyang County four rural primary school teachers as an example,the young teachers in primary school in rural area of Shouyang County in the society,school and individual problems,aiming at these problems,some improvement measures and put forward effective measures.
