Secondary vocational school,namely provide secondary vocational educational school.The students from junior school,the schooling is three years.The after-school life means all the activities that the students freely do after the schooling in the school,it also being the important part of the students' campus life.Many students in the vocational school are resident students,they have the low study pressure?weak learning habit and poor self-control ability,so they have many challenges in their after-school life.This study selected the vice President,Director of the office,some leading teachers and resident students as the research object.These students are major in mechanical and electrical engineering,computer science,numerical control major,welding professional,automotive engineering,and preschool education.In addition,two dorm teachers who are in charge of the boys' and the girls' dormitories involved.From the four dimensions of time arrangement,content settings,activity form,cognitive evaluation,the after-life of the resident students of the vocational school were investigated with the aid of the interviewing method and the questionnaire method.Research findings:1.The students have plenty of spare time,but lack reasonable and effective utilization.2.The Students have a monotonous life content,lack of interest and unhealthy after-school lifestyle has a negative impact on students' healthy growth,especially the Internet.3.In the form of extracurricular activities,school,family and society have not enough guidance.and organization for students'after-school life.4.The lack of after-school activities and equipment utilization are not high.5.The after-school life lacks substantive evaluation and feedback mechanism.On this basis,this study finally put forward the following suggestions,further improve the quality of secondary vocational school resident student after school life:1.Making effective use of resident student's extracurricular time,such as before during morning independent study periods,afternoon periods or evening self-study periods to night lessons before and after school to develop some of the rich variety of extracurricular activities.2.To formulate the system of extracurricular activities of different grades,and fundamentally attach importance to the smooth development of after-school activities.The school sets up the school system,each class begins to report the semester extracurricular activity plan.3.Enrich students' campus cultural life,strengthen the training of students in PE class,and try to make each student have a sports skill,which can be fully displayed during extracurricular activities.Make full use of the school club activities,strengthen students' participation,and cultivate students' wide interests.4.Strictly control the use of students' mobile phones,strengthen dormitory management,and prohibit students from playing their cell phones all night without sleeping.5.Open book reading rooms to students,and increase the use of extra-curricular activities and facilities.6.Establish the students'after-school life feedback mechanism and improve the cognition and evaluation of after-school life.It is firmly believed that under the support of the school,in the perfect system security,all the teachers and students in school of their own efforts,the appearance of vocational school resident student will be taken on a new look,after school life quality will be improved significantly,the students have learned something,eventually took to the society to lay a good foundation for the future.
