The language has been the main way for people to exchange and dissemination of information and plays an important role in the field of language education.It is the main medium for exchange of knowledge and emotions between teachers and students.Any educational activity without the existence of language will not be complete and smooth.The quality of teaching language will undoubtedly determine the development of students' thinking and the level of education and teaching.However,teachers' judgment on the effectiveness of teaching language depends only on the experience of teachers from teaching,and can only be described with some abstract vocabularies.The evaluation system has not formed a systematic evaluation system and the lack of empirical research.Teachers do not know what aspects of the effectiveness of teaching language.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to construct a feasible evaluation index system for teaching language effectiveness through scientific means,and to evaluate the effectiveness of the senior high school biology teacher's teaching language,and to provide theoretical guidance for the evaluation of biology teacher language.Firstly,this research uses the literature data method to discuss the mechanism of the teaching language transmission,including the analysis and summary of the effective teaching language transmission channels and characteristics,and shows that the effectiveness of the teaching language is that students maximize the information received and can generate new the cognitive structure of teacher language.Through interviews and questionnaires,a total of 16 teaching language effectiveness evaluation indicators were determined.Then,using the Delphi method to analyze the index system weights,and after establishing and testing the evaluation index system of teaching language effectiveness,the specific criteria for the 16 indicators are described together with the dissemination of the effectiveness of the teaching language.Finally,the constructed evaluation index system is applied in biology teaching.The results show that the evaluation index system has a certain practical significance,and the process of applying the evaluation index system finds that the teaching language of senior high school biology teachers needs to be improved.According to the results of the research data,there are three suggestions for the expression of biology teacher's teaching language:(1)to improve the expression language,body language and the distance between teachers and students;(2)to improve the quality of teaching heuristics and guide students thinking;(3)emphasis on the expression of teaching language associated with knowledge and life.
