With the rapid progress of information technology,multimedia technology becomes more and more in the application of teaching.In recent years,micro-class with its&“short and pithy”features in China's primary and secondary schools developed quite rapidly.There are a variety of micro-class competitions and learning from micro-class learning sites is a new way for contemporary primary and secondary school students to get knowledge,it's a very important skill to make micro-class for primary and secondary school teachers.However,the quality of micro-class works is uneven.there are few researches on the evaluation,and the evaluation standards of micro-class are different.Therefore,scientific,reasonable and targeted micro-class evaluation standards need to be discussed deeply.This study attempts to develop the evaluation index system of primary school language micro-class,hoping to help enrich and develop the content of the evaluation of the micro-class of primary school language,which will help the evaluation of the of primary school language micro-class,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of primary school language micro-class.In this study,we mainly use Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to start this research.First of all,we draw lessons from the existing micro-class evaluation criteria at home and abroad,combining all the available indicators,the value orientation of primary school language curriculum evaluation and excellent primary school language characteristics of micro-class,selecting the dimensions and indicators of the evaluation of the micro-class in primary school language.Second,use two rounds of Delphi method to modify the evaluation indicators,while use interview to communicate with experts,to establish the evaluation index system of primary and secondary indicators.Finally,use analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the indicators,the calculation process is as follows:The first step,use yaahp10.5 to generate AHP questionnaire for 7 experts to fill out the relative importance of indicators,and then import them into the software.The group decision function is used to calculate the average weight of the seven experts.The second step is to automatically adjust the inconsistent matrix for the data which is not passed by the consistency test.When all the judgment matrices meet the consistency,the average weight is calculated.Assigned these weight value up in the form of a percentage system and all indicators get the corresponding score,thus forming a complete primary school language micro-class evaluation index system.The evaluation index system includes five first-level indicators:the value of the topic,teaching design,teaching process,presentation effect,work specification,15 secondary indicators and specific indicators description,and gives the first-level indicators,the second-level indicators of a clear weight.The index system applies to the micro-class competition organized online or offline,in the specific review process should take into account the views of discipline experts and technical experts.
