The class self-managed is to enhance the students' body quality development for the purpose of the class management mode,it is in the process of class management,the teacher consciously set aside for students of autonomous management,decision-making and supervision of space,fully arousing the students' initiative and enthusiasm,efforts to create a variety of environmental conditions,guide and help the students in class daily transaction processing own will,and as a manager,policy makers and evaluators to participate in the whole process of class management.Specific to the primary class including: class goal formulation,the establishment of the class system,the form of class cadres,the construction of the class environment,the maintenance of class discipline,in class activities,class seat rotation,the determination of class song class motto,etc.This study is based on the class management related theory and the students self-managed class implementation strategy to continue studying.This study uses academic and empirical measures,under the guidance of the Subjectivity Education Theory and the Self-organizing Theory to the self-managed class present situation of the high-grade students in elementary school has carried on the questionnaire investigation,interview and case analysis.Through on-the-spot investigation,to understand the higher grades students in elementary school the basic status of class autonomous management and influencing factors of student participation in class autonomous management,the analysis of the reason as well as try to put forward some improvement measures.Through questionnaire survey of 500 students in fifth and sixth grade of a primary school in Dalian,this paper deeply analyzes the basic status and characteristics of the self-managed class of high-grade students in primary school.Through SPSS software to analysis the statistical data on the questionnaire,found that the awareness of class autonomous management generally higher of high-grade students in primary school,but the willingness to participate in class autonomous management is not strong,as well as class autonomous management degree is not very ideal.Among them,There is significant difference to the awareness of class autonomous management among grade,class cadres,only children or not,rely on their parents.The willingness to participate in the self-managed class is significantly different in grade,class cadre,the academic performance,and the only child or not,etc.The degree of self-managed class is very significant difference in grade.According to the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews part of students and the teacher,as we've learned through interviews,affect students participate in class autonomous management both hinder students and aspects of the teacher.Head teachers: the autonomy management ideas has not been implemented;The understanding of autonomous management is biased,don't pay enough attention to the development of all students.Students themselves:some of them are reluctant to participate because of personal characteristics,ability difference,lack of confidence,overstudy and collective responsibility.Comprehensive empirical survey results,improving the basis-strategies for self-managed class of high-grade students in primary school.The mainly include:Transforming the role of the head teacher and providing the conditions for the students' classroom autonomy.Improve the institution of the class management and improve the participation of the students in the classroom.Improve the management system of the class and ensure the smooth development of students' classrooms autonomy.Strengthen the construction of the class culture and create a favorable atmosphere for students' classrooms autonomy.To build a rich and colourful platform to develop capacity of students' classroom autonomy.
