This topic summarizes the theoretical and practical results of the previous class training,and integrates the course practice into the high school basketball teaching,in order to improve the students' physical ability and promote the mastery and improvement of sports skills,and provide a new and new teaching idea for the present stage of physical education in middle school.In this study,literature,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and experimental methods were used to select the senior second grade boys in the twelfth Middle School of Dalian as the experimental subjects,including 30 experimental classes and 30 control classes,for a period of 18 hours of teaching experiments.The experimental class adopted the course teaching mode,while the experimental class adopted the traditional teaching mode.Based on the experimental data,the results of two classes of students' physical quality and personal basketball comprehensive technology are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two teaching models are discussed and analyzed.The results show that:After the experiment,there was a significant difference in physical quality test between 1000 meters and standing long jump in the experimental class,compared with that before the experiment(p<0.05).There is a very significant difference in the score of 50 meters(P<0.01).Although the sitting body's flexion and chin up have a slight improvement,there is no significant difference.The physical quality tests of the control class were 1000 meters,50 meters,the front flexion of the sitting body,the long jump and the upwards,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After the experiment,the dribbling run between the experimental class and the control class was significantly higher than that of the one minute distance test(P<0.05).But after the experiment,the result shows that the comprehensive basketball skill of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.After the experiment,the number of unqualified students in the experimental class(the total number ratio of 6%)was significantly less than that of the control class(16%),and the overall results of the experimental class in the excellent interval(the total number ratio of 50%)were significantly higher than that of the control class(the total number of 16%).Conclusion:1,"lesson practice" has significant effect on improving students' physical quality.2,"class training" sports teaching mode can improve students' comprehensive performance.3,"class training" can consolidate students' personal basketball comprehensive technology.4,the implementation of "lesson training" has notable effect on special technology teaching,requires less field equipment,and has wide application prospects,so it can be widely promoted.
