Modern Apprenticeship is under the government guidance to students (apprentices) mainly school teachers and enterprise master joint teaching, active service requirements of the current economic and social development, training model modern vocational education colleges, enterprises and education personnel. Government agencies in the late 1990s apprenticeships, but did not form institutional system since 2013, "Modern Apprenticeship" has become a trendy word in vocational colleges, more and more documents enacted out to encourage compliance with standards Vocational College vigorously implement the system:higher vocational colleges respond to the call of government departments to actively modern apprenticeship pilot.In this paper, comparative analysis, investigation, Jiangsu province Y modern apprenticeship school graduating class of 2013 students, the teacher questionnaires and in-depth interviews, modern apprenticeship enrollment and recruitment system, schools and enterprises in turn teach students dual identity conversion, dual school-enterprise evaluation, student internships, the students of schools and enterprises expect a full investigation to find modern apprenticeship in practice problems in the use of tacit knowledge from theory and human capital theory modern apprenticeship three subject-schools, businesses, students (apprentices) cause analysis, propose appropriate countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts. The first part is the theoretical basis of modern research and apprenticeship "Modern Apprenticeship" related concepts defined. In this paper, the theory is that the use of tacit knowledge theory and related ideological and human capital theory, and described the relevance of these two theories and the "Modern Apprenticeship" Practical research. The second part is the part of the investigation. Questionnaires and in-depth interviews for Y Modern Apprenticeship school classes from the philosophy of education, training objectives, training specifications, teaching content, curriculum, management system, evaluation methods to investigate these seven dimensions. The third part is the problem and cause analysis. The fourth part is the countermeasure. The main suggestions and countermeasures from five aspects:First, the Modern Apprenticeship abroad for reference. Mainly on the Modern Apprenticeship developed countries draw lessons from, respectively, the German Dual System, Apprenticeship in the UK and Australia, "New Apprenticeship System"; second, to increase government funding and policy support vocational education. Because modern apprenticeship in the three main-businesses, schools, students pursuing the fundamental interests of different, in order to put into practice the modern apprenticeship must come forward by the government guidance; Third, schools and enterprises to help students identity transformation. Colleges, enterprises and personnel training, the students will create difficulties identity transformation, we need to jointly assist students identity transformation, in order to better train personnel; Fourth, to enhance the ability and level of teachers. Teachers are an important part of education, the quality of teachers and the development of the relationship between the level of education is imperative to enhance the ability of teachers; Fifth, the reform of the management system.
