Research On The Relationship Between Human Capital And Economic Growth Based On The Yangtze River Delta Region

The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the most central areas of China’s economic development,including Shanghai,Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province,and Jiangsu Province.China’s economy has maintained a relatively high growth rate for more than30 years after the reform and opening up,and the Yangtze River Delta region has played an extremely important role.With the in-depth development of economic globalization,economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region has attracted worldwide attention and achieved remarkable success in the past decade.This article first explains the concepts related to human capital,and then sorts out the research results of a large number of scholars in previous studies.It believes that education,technological progress,economic environment,etc.are the main factors affecting the human capital stock and the structure of human capital,followed by the entire Yangtze River Delta region.The perspective and perspectives of provinces and cities are a comprehensive discussion of the status quo and existing problems of human capital in the Yangtze River Delta region,as well as the status quo and existing problems of economic growth.The structure of human capital in the region and the characteristics of human capital stocks as well as human capital and economic growth are analyzed.Impact.In empirical research,this paper compares and analyzes the human capital differences in Shanghai,Zhejiang,Anhui,and Jiangsu,and the mechanism of human capital’s impact on regional economic growth,and how to increase the human capital stock in different economic development stages and regions with different economic structures.To adjust the structure of human capital,improve the quality of human capital,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in the Yangtze River Delta region,we propose targeted policy recommendations and hope to provide a new path for the rapid and stable economic and social development.
