Research On The Ideological And Political Quality Construction Of Young Teachers In Colleges And Universities

China is a socialist country.Therefore,in the process of running a higher school,colleges and universities must adhere to the direction of socialism,earnestly adhere to and implement the guidance of Marxism to Chinese universities,and continue to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development of Marx doctrine in our country's socialist cause.As an important front for personnel training,colleges and universities are an important part of the social system,which is related to the country's future and destiny,as well as economic and social progress.College students have just entered the university and are full of curiosity and yearning for colleges and universities,they are eager to gain more knowledge through universities.While colleges and universities conduct knowledge education for college students,they also undertake the most important task,that is,to shape and cultivate the formation of college students' outlook on life,world outlook and values.With the development of higher education in our country,the number of colleges and universities and the number of teachers in colleges and universities have increased by leaps and bounds.In particular,the number of young teachers has risen rapidly in higher education,and the teaching staff of higher learning institutions has continued to show a trend of youthfulness.According to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Education,young teachers in universities under 40(including 40 years old)in China already account for 64.4% of the total number of full-time teachers in all colleges and universities.It can be seen that have a significant weight in the university faculty and play an increasingly important role in the education of higher education institutions.At the same time,because the age gap between young university teachers and college students is not large,they have more common topics with college students.Young teachers in colleges and universities are of great significance to the cultivation of college students' ideological and political qualities.However,the ideological and political quality of young teachers in universities is currently uneven.Some young teachers have low ideological and political qualities,which seriously impede the improvement and cultivation of college students' ideological and political qualities.How to improve the ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities,strengthen the ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities,and let college students establish a correct outlook on life,world view,and values has become an urgent problem that universities need to solve.In order to solve this problem,this paper,based on the basic principles of Marxism,investigated the ideological and political status of the young teachers in eight colleges and universities in Henan Province,and tried to find out the problems and deficiencies in the construction of young university teachers' ideological and political qualities.The paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the young teachers' ideological quality,and then gives policy recommendations to expect to improve the ideological and political quality of the young teachers themselves in an all-round way,so as to provide a certain reference for strengthening the ideological and political quality of colleges and universities.
