The Establishment And Practice Of New Mechanism Of High School Chemistry Competition

Chemical competition is an important way to cultivate innovative talents in middle schools in our country,which has been developed in China for more than 30 years and has cultivated a large number of outstanding chemical talents for the country.The practice shows that in the education middle school of our country,chemistry competition provides an important platform for the growth of excellent talents.Face of chemical education in our country in recent years autonomous enrolment and the new situation of the college entrance examination reform,how to ensure the chemical race along the right track,for our country to create a world-class science talent is chemistry educators thinking big.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of domestic original race training system,through the competition of students,parents and teachers in-depth investigation and interviews,analysis of the deficiency of the current mechanism for the training of high school chemistry competition,combined with the actual situation of Chengdu Jing hang canal in foreign language school,put forward the chemical race culture with the characteristic of the school.Paper applied this new mechanism for six years in school and practice,through the six years of hard struggle,Jing hang canal in Chengdu foreign language school chemistry competition level of achievement by a single training school,become a well-known school in Sichuan province and even the whole country,cultivate a batch of excellent chemical talents,for the country's chemical education undertakings made an important contribution.The research of this paper mainly consists of five parts.The contents are as follows: part 1 introduces the research background,current status,research significance and research methods of the subject.It is necessary to carry out chemical competition in the background of education reform and promote the training of innovative talents in high school.The second part puts forward the theoretical basis of the new mechanism of high school chemistry competition.Part 3 through interview and investigation,summarizes the deficiency of the cultivation mechanism before and combines the actual conditions of Jing hang canal in Chengdu foreign language school,from the student selection,teachers team,theoretical teaching and experimental training several aspects put forward the main content of the high school chemistry competition training mechanisms is established.Part 4 will use race training mechanisms in six years,in the selection,the campus off-campus students teacher's team construction,theoretical new methods and experimental training and other aspects of work experience is summarized and comb.Through the growth cases of student representative hang rue,the results of the new mechanism show that the new mechanism plays an important role in cultivating students' autonomous learning ability and promoting students' development.Part 5 reflects the achievements and shortcomings of the whole research process,and puts forward the promotion prospect of the project.
