In recent years,with the implementation of the "Double First-class" construction policy,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held,and the increasing degree of internationalization of higher education.Our university further recognized the basic meaning of discipline construction in university construction and participated in the construction of the discipline construction.With the promulgation of the "Double First-class" construction plan and the publication of the list.Our university recognizes that building a first-class discipline is the foundation for building a first-class university and is also the only way to build a first-class university.The characteristics of first-class disciplines mean that the key to building a first-class discipline lies in improving the "quality" rather than the "quantity" of disciplines.The key to the improvement of the discipline "quality" lies in the transformation of the discipline construction model,that is,the transformation of the episodic construction model into the connotative construction model.However,due to the various drawbacks left by the history of the discipline construction policy and the changes in the external environment,the university discipline construction is not connotative construction.It can be seen that under the favorable policy environment provided by the "Double First-class" construction for the university discipline in our country.Researching the connotative construction of university disciplines and understanding the current difficulties and problems of university discipline construction in our country have important practical significance both in macro and micro perspectives.First of all,this article is based on the enactment of the "Double First-class" construction plan and the emphasis of the Nineteenth Congress on the connotation construction of higher education.Explore the logic of connotative construction of university disciplines under the background of "Double First-class" construction.At the same time,it analyzes the factors in the practice of university discipline construction.According to the differences in its characteristics,it divides the discipline construction elements into input factors,structural factors and functional elements,and sorts out the practical links between these factors.Secondly,through analyzing the historical evolution of university's discipline construction model in our country,we find out the problems existing in the current status of university subject construction and find out the origin of these problems.Then,taking three world-class universities as an example,it analyzes the connotative construction model of the discipline and how it coordinates the relationships among the various elements and gains inspiration from it.Finally,on the basis of the analysis above,choose the path and security system suitable for the connotative construction of university disciplines in China.The main points of route selection include: Supporting the disciplines with superior disciplines to drive the overall development of disciplines;Innovating the organizational structure of disciplines and promoting the development of interdisciplinary disciplines;Integrating the resources for discipline construction and optimizing the structure of disciplines;Attaching importance to the construction of discipline teams and consolidating the foundation for the development of disciplines.The principles for building a safeguard system include:To promote discipline construction with the comprehensive reform of universities;Create a good academic atmosphere;Combining university planning with the autonomy of departments;Innovate discipline evaluation criteria to guide the direction of discipline construction.
