With the rapid development of Chinese vocational education, the research and practice on the vocational teaching staff construction gradually come to moralization. The figures of vocational education decide its teachers should be"double professioned"teacher, which will be the main part of the vocational teaching staff. In general, the deficiency in vocational teaching staff is still the prominent problem in the development of vocational education, especially the"double professioned"teachers.As large-population and economically strong province, vocational education has very important practical significance about the sustainable development.Shandong University of Technology, situated in Zibo City, is the key teachers training basis for vocational teaching in Shandong province, and can carry out the pre-service and on-the-job training at the same time. It is the main content in the"service on Shandong's manufacture industry"plan and the important action on serve the"regional economy"in Zibo city to foster the"double professioned"teachers.This article made an tentative studies on the fostering of"double professioned"teachers with the reality of Shandong University of Technology and the reference on the domestic advanced theory and experience, and put forward suggestions.This article can mainly be divided into four parts:Part one, introduction. It gives a brief analysis of the background, objectives, status quo and basis concept of this research.Part two, the status quo of vocational teaching staff training in Shandong University of Technology. It mainly introduces the basic situation in students'enrolment, teaching staff, course design, practice, examination and certificate, college students'employment, etc.Part three, the analysis of problem in the"double professioned"teachers training. It analyzes the problems of student source quality, the practice condition, practice basis construction, expenditure input, and course construction. etc.Part four, suggestions and thoughts. It makes an attempt to put forward suggestions and countermeasures.
