With the rapid development of science and technology,industrial structure adjustment and the establishment of the socialist modernization construction direction.Society proposes new requirements for talents and knowledge structure,professional technical capability.At present,although there are many highly educated people,we have suffered from an increasing shortage of high-skilled personnel.Vocational colleges should comply with this change,cultivating high-skilled talents for the rapid development of market economy.Higher vocational teachers' basic quality and teaching level relationship with higher vocational education are on the great degree.Build a high quality,high level of "double type" teachers,is the guarantee to improve the quality of higher vocational education.It is also the basis to cultivate skillful craftsman and pass on spirit of the craftsman for enterprises.Based on higher vocational college "double type" teachers as the research object,and how to promote the "double type" teachers team construction as the research focus,the topic uses the literature research,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis method,human resources management theory,teacher professional development theory,learning organization theory and complementary value-added theory as the theoretical foundations of the study.The topic studies the advanced practice of "double type" teachers construction at home and abroad and sums up experience.At the same time,This paper takes Wu xi commercial vocational and technical college as an example.In-depth study of the current higher vocational college"double type" teachers construction problems through organizing questionnaire among teachers and interviewing teaching administration staff,the paper finds reason from the aspects of society.As the focus of the article,the last chapter puts forward to promote the"double type" teachers construction countermeasures from changing ideas,system innovation,university-enterprise cooperation.
