In recent years,football sports have been popularized by the state,and the speed of development is unprecedented.On the one hand,football has attracted the attention of middle school students in all sports events,and they have a strong interest in football.On the other hand,in view of the failure experience of the past,the Ministry of education of our country began to pay attention to the problems of enhancing the physical quality of the students,cultivating the interest of the students,developing the unique character characteristics and increasing the communication ability of the students in the field of football.It is worth mentioning that the development of football undertakings should be vigorously developed in the backview of modernization,only in this way,the training of talents and quality education is inseparable from this.Only in this way can we promote the evolution and development of school football in China.Football education planners and implementers are the foundation for the development of all kinds of football teaching in the school.As an educator,whether it can be rationally allocated to it,to a great extent,directly affects the quality of football in the development of the campus.The middle school in Hebi has played a positive role in the sport of football into the campus.It allows students to show themselves and release pressure in the football game.However,the development of football in secondary schools in Hebi still has much room for development.Therefore,this paper,with the purpose of studying the resource allocation of Hebi middle school campus football teachers,uses a more specific method of literature,field investigation and questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the 20 middle schools in Hebi,and to explore the factors that affect the allocation of resources of football teachers in Hebi middle school in the same time,and for each problem.The feasible implementation plan is given,which has a certain reference significance for the future research of Hebi middle school campus football work.The results of the study are as follows:1,there is imbalance between quantity and gender structure of resource allocation of football teachers in secondary schools in Hebi.There are more serious male than female in middle school soccer teachers,and there are some drawbacks in training students.2,there is imbalance in the age structure of resource allocation of football teachers in secondary schools in Hebi.The lack of young middle school football teachers plays an important role in organizing football activities.3,there is imbalance in the quality structure of the resources allocation of Hebi middle school football teachers.In terms of quality and structure,secondary school football teachers have shortcomings in terms of education,professional title and professional level.4,there are unbalanced problems in the allocation of resources for football teachers in secondary schools in Hebi.In terms of rights and interests protection,the establishment of secondary school football teachers needs to be solved,salary and salary need to be improved,and management capital investment needs to be strengthened.5,the training of football teachers in secondary schools in Hebi is not enough enough,and the training mode needs to be improved.The following suggestions are given on this issue:1.In the case of the lack of football teachers' resources in the existing middle schools,on one hand,the relevant responsible departments of Hebi's campus football and the responsible leaders of the schools should brainstorm,innovate the introduction mechanism of talents,and build the training mode of the introduction and cultivation of the football teachers in the middle school,and should also appropriately expand the recruitment scale of the football teachers in middle schools.To solve the backwardness of teachers in Hebi.2,when recruiting middle school football teachers,Hebi should pay more attention to teachers' professional skills,professionalism and teaching attitude.And pay attention to the training and assessment of the football teachers in the secondary schools.3,improve the overall academic qualifications of secondary school teachers,optimize the age structure,and attach importance to the assessment and assessment of teachers.4,the school leaders should strictly implement the policy of the state's educational equity and the balanced development of education,attach importance to the development of school football,pay attention to the social accreditation of middle school football teachers,improve the salary treatment of teachers,guarantee the rights of teachers,improve the training plan for teachers,and encourage teachers to participate in scientific research projects.Academic Forum exchange learning,so that students are in love with football,the body is also healthier.5,we should improve the training plan for middle school football teachers and improve their professional ethics.
